What’s crazy is I decided let me just go to this Lane Bryant. The person who checked me out was my exact neighbor diagonal. It was crazy. But I got everything measured got the correct size bra. I’m happy.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Customer service refused to give me my money back on to my credit card and forced me to take a merch credit when I longer want anything and causing me to lose on $182. This is wrong and the company is stealing my money.

I had a wonderful customer experience at Lane Bryant today thanks to Chelsea and Michelle. These ladies were very instrumental in finding me the perfect garment to wear underneath my bridesmaids dress. They both were patient, personable and knew exactly what I needed without me saying the word. Thank you, Chelsea and Michelle.

Rating based on customer service: i will continue to purchase my bras a Lane Bryant because the quality is good and they fit me well but as for coming into this store I’d rather walk the 49 miles to next Lane Bryant to avoid the poor customer service from this one employee. I’ve avoided this store at all cost just to make sure not to encounter the negative energy from this one person. But since I needed to exchange my a bra that was 1 cup size too large I thought it would be an easy exchange. Unfortunately for me they didn’t have my size in store. No big deal, let’s talk to associate for a simple exchange. 30 minutes later and 5 eye rolls later and I’m still here. And she’s tearing someone? Very poor service to some people. The 2 other people in store received excellent service and I would rate the service provided to them 5 star but the service I was given by the same person is a generous 1 star.
