Great office person Richard told him I had fraud on my bank account. It would not be able to pay for a couple of weeks. He understood made note of it and said the late fees would be taken care of since it wasn’t my fault great guy.

Michael was very accommodating as I needed a place to store apartment furniture. We booked the unit online and it took less than 15 minutes to complete everything. Units are very accessible.

The Manager Michael and Sam from Life Storage Winter Garden were very kind, courteous and extreemly helpful when my wife and I were looking for a storage unit. They answered all our questions, their prices are reasonable, and they took their time showing us around and making sure everything was working before we left the premises. We will highly recomend them as they didn't make us feel that we were just another paying customer, but that we were like family. Thank you Michael and Sam for excellent customer service!

I had been waiting on an AC unit to come available. The Staff called me the minute it was available and had everything ready when I arrived. Top notch customer service for sure. I would highly recommend them
