customer service should also include the customers time every single time im in this particular store i am waiting well over 30 minutes or more in line. the cashiers are moving a very slow pace and i get customer engagement but if the line is wrapped around the building there has to be some sort of communication between they employees to come and assist. it’s been several times where have to just leave my items because it’s just too much of a hassle to be in line longer then ive been shopping

I have lived in the Orlando area for 5 years and this is my top 2 locations for the Orlando area for this chain. Every time I go the shelves are fully stocked. When I have a vision, I come here first. I live closer to other locations, but this one can't be beat because Marshall's has greattt clothes and Homegoods has incredible finds. I have dropped pictures below of an arrangement of bedding that I laid on a model couch to just see how it would look. The next image is how it ended up looking in my bedroom. I found quality linen at unbeatable pricing. Interior design is a passion of mine and my home is made better because of this location.

Love this store but the line is always ridiculously long. It wasn't from understaffing, but poor staffing. Some people are great but I saw lots of new people today. My cashier was 1 of 3 in a row that were having a conversation and he acted like I was interrupting his talk. I had a return and purchase and asked him if he'd scanned the return (he hadn't) and he just said yes - didn't check- and went back to talking with others. I pointed it out when I checked the receipt he threw at me; we had to do it separately. Still gave 2 stars for the store - but none for the service I got today. Nobody wants to be treated like an inconvenience.

Something has definitely changed at this location. Staffing model? Management? They really used to move the line but lately having a different experience. Guaranteed to shop and buy less knowing this so hopefully management will take note.

Possibly my favorite store in Orlando. I always get very good deals on brand name products. The store is organized and clean with large spaces. They serve me well and have good prices. Variety. Come on, I can't find fault with it. Every time I go I come out with something new. I love

Go early In the morning or before closing. The lines are always outrageously long! Some week days the line is half way to the back of the store.
