Love this store branch! Ms. Yvette and Dale are literally the most helpful people I’ve met when it comes to finding what’s right for you and what fits you exactly! Super nice, very nice and relaxed environment, a lot of options to choose from as well and they are very knowledgeable about all their items. Will more than likely only go to this location!

I walked in at around 8:15pm with my 3 kids (7,5,3 years old), to pickup the suit that I bought in the morning. A few minutes after we walked in, my 3 year old girl, who is currently in potty training, said that she needed to go. I asked one the staff for the bathroom to take her...she replied "they're not open to the public, sorry, and the store next to us that have restrooms, already close". I replied that she is a 3 year old and can't hold it much, I asked for an exception. She replied "no, I'm sorry". I was extremely surprised that someone would be that indifferent, denying a father to take his 3 year old little girl that clearly cannot hold herself much longer. I asked again and the other rep next to her said..."we will have to go with you and we both have customers". Then, I waited after one of them finished and I asked again, telling her that now that she finished, if she can take take me. She replied that she needed to "speak with the manager".The manager, Paul, came back with a NO by response. At this time I am really astonished with their ridiculous insensitivity. I told him again, that she is a 3 years old that cannot hold herself for too long! But, in a very rude way he replied "the back is not available because we would need to go through boxes and tailor stations"....to this I replied basically begging him that he can go with us, please I just needed to take her. And once again, without any hesitation he replied that the restrooms are closed to the public and there's nothing he was going to do.I picked up my suit and left very angry and as quickly as possible to take my little girl to the Pizzeria UNO a few stores down, however unfortunately my girl couldn't contain herself anymore and as I was parking in front of Pizzeria UNO, she pooped in her pants! Since she is currently in potty training, we are rewarding her when she goes. Due to her "accident", she cried all the way back home because not only she was dirty (to top it off, I didn't had any extra clothes for her today in the car) but she cried that she was "not getting her reward" . Off course, not being her fault, I still rewarded her at home.Paul was the person that helped me in the morning and until this happened I had a good experience. However, these situations show the true caracter and leadership of a manager, and as a business owner and manager of 8 myself, I can say without a doubt that the title "manager" is too big of a word for Paul. The way he handled himself tonight, shows that he lacks every meaning of it.I will definitely never go or buy anything else there, as long as he is there and I will make sure I spread the word.

Overall this place has done us well. We ate renting suits for an upcoming event. It's been a great experience and they have always been willing to support. Happy to be doing business with them -even if they are a little more expensive over some other options.

I was just looking. I felt as if a particular sales person was constantly watching and actually followed me pretending to straighten a rack. I was not pleased BUT I still purchased a pair of on sale pants. The cashier was nice.

If I can rate it any less then one star I would. Rude as hell. I walk in. No greetings just I’m sorry what size are you. Then when I proceeded to ask for sizing the tailor just said no. And referred me to DXL. Didn’t even attempt to care. Would not recommend.

My first time going into this location was 2022 when my husband needed a 3 piece suit for his interview with Polk County. We met Matthew. Matthew welcomed us into the store immediately. He asked us several of questions, helped us to narrow down the options, and we all worked together so well putting together this amazing 3 piece set. We left the store feeling really great. I was like, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! It feels like we are family with Matthew because he’s so genuine, professional, down to earth. The honesty and positive vibes we received from him was a breath of fresh air.Fast forward some months later. May 2023, my oldest son first school dance, 8th grade. We went in looking for Matthew and he was there. I was so pleased and excited! He did a superb job getting the perfect dress shirt, tie, pants, belt, and shoes for my son.Fast forward a few weeks later May 20,2023 I came into the store. NO ONE greeted us, I was a bit dressed down and my hair was in 2 pigtails looking dry, lol. I walked from the front to the back of the store looking around and looking for Matthew. I passed by several of older gentleman working there and we made eye contact but not a, “hello or do you need help”. I walked back to the front of the store and asked if Matthew was in. The young gentleman said, he sure is, he’s on break but give him a few. That’s fine, we were truly happy to hear he was working that day. We showed him what we were interested in and once again, we put all our heads together and picked out some amazing pieces. (Paisley Salmon Color 3 piece).With all that being said, Matthew is an ASSET to Men’s Wearhouse. I’m a Property Manager that manages several of rentals and an apartment community in Clermont FL. Customer Service is something I hold very high. Matthew is a GEM and I hope Men’s Wearhouse can see what an asset he is. I tell all EVERYONE, if you go to that location. Ask for Matthew.From the BOTTOM OF MY HEART I would like to Thank Matthew for making every special occasion feel 100%. Your professionalism and knowledge of suits are remarkable. You will see my family and me very soon.

David and the team at the Winter Garden store are phenomenal! My son's suit was ordered online, but did not arrive in time for Prom. The team there were very helpful and replaced the suit.

Lisa, one of managers, handled our return easily. Then Lisa asked if we might be looking for something else. We looked at clothing, with no intention of buying on this visit, however Lisa could see items that might be of interest, and she was spot on our taste! We bought clothing in the store, Lisa also preferred more online for us. Phenomenal service. We just went back again today!!!Thank you, Lisa.

Bigger selection than the other store we visited months ago but staff in both locations were very helpful and creative in arranging colors and styles to help my husband look his best. Not only did they listen to our concerns about style and shape, they helped us create the perfect look for both events! The expertise of the staff is helpful when you aren't sure how to combine colors in suits and also what measurements to go with. This is the advantage of a specialty store over the department stores. Cost is similar so why not go and get their knowledge for free,!

I needed an updated outfit for my mother’s memorial and the staff at this location helped me tremendously. They were all so knowledgeable, as I would have expected but they seriously made the experience as easy as I could have hoped. Shirt, pants, shoes, belt and tie- everything matched perfectly! I wanted to look my best and they really came through for me. I’ve shopped at multiple locations but the one in Winter Garden just happened to be close to where I work. No pressure from the sales people, just honest opinions and advice on what would look best. I would definitely recommend.

Had to do a tux rental, showed up and had to scan a QR code to join a waitlist, the link wasn't working despite having full bars, so I asked for help and was told to walk outside and try. I went outside and was still unable to access the link, then I went inside and asked for more help and had two employees shrug their shoulders and say I have to use the link to be serviced. I asked if they could help and was told no, until another employee overheard and said "have them connect to World Market's WiFi, or use our iPad to put them into the system", so instead of offering to sign me in, they asked me to use another business' wifi. The experience is always over complicated, there should be an online waitlist, and I'm still shocked they're relying on stealing another business' WiFi for their systems to work. Only here by necessity.

I spent $255.00 dollars on a tux rental and the employee would not let me use the bathroom. He sent me next door to World Market. :/ I will try not to revisit this business if at all possible. 19MAR23 02:00 pm.

Worst experience ever trying to get a suit for my wedding, the sales guy was very rude and I will make absolutely sure to let as many people know not to go there. The on in Orlando is alot better if at all possible don't go to this one.

Don’t bother, this franchise has gone completely down hill, customer service was poor and very unwelcoming, I almost felt like I was trying to be talked out of purchasing anything from them. Needless to say I didn’t purchase anything, and never will I venture into another Mens Wearhouse in my life.
