How can this place get such high stars. The 3 girls in there were totally useless. Didn't seem remotely interested in helping. How can the website have one price and this store has a completely different one. Do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere. The high rating must be from friends or people that were "same race" as the girls inside the store.

The T-Mobile Tuesday app said to stop by any T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile store to pick up a free cooler bag. I went to this location, and the lady told me that I had to be a Metro PCS customer, not a T-Mobile customer to get the bag. When I informed her that the app states otherwise, she dismissed me by saying she didn't have any more. I'm not sure which side of her story was correct.

Aladdin was very helpful in helping me set up my Wi-Fi 5G system and explain everything to me. I was very impressed with him and I'm going back in a couple days to buy a couple speakers.

Went in this afternoon to replace one of my phones. I told them that I have 4 lines total and the one I'm holding in my hand is going bad and that I need a new phone and number for that line. I stood there for 10 minutes explaining this to them.They kept telling me they didn't know what I wanted. Should have people working there that comprehend english better than spanish. I had to go to other Metro store by Aldi's and the guy in there not only understood what I was asking but literally had my new phone changed in 5 minutes . In addition he expressed that one of the girls working there barely speaks english. If it wasn't for the other guy handling my account I would have changed my phone service.
