My wife has been admitted several times at Orlando Health Horizon West. She has asked me to write this review for her. In her words.First I would like by saying a big thank you to all the nurses, ER doctors and Admitting Doctors as well plus the techs and Kitchen Staff.You all do an amazing job!!! Thank you so much!I especially want to give a special thank you toDr.Vargas and Dr.Yates they are both amazing doctors and give you the care and attention you deserve.The nurses are all great too! They work so hard and do a great job.The lady from the kitchen I don’t remember her name but I believe she’s Asian but her and her team also do a great job. Every time she came to my room she was so helpful and courteous.If there’s was anything wrong with my order she would fix it immediately. I wish I remember her name so sorry I don’t.Thank you also to the volunteer's and Transport team within the hospital.I would also like to give a shout out and special thank you to Dr.Phillip’s Orlando Health Hospital Infusion Center. Great team of nurses!Ms.Carmen is the best!Thank you all for your hard work.May the Lord Bless You AllSincerely,Christine B.

Great experience. Very professional and courteous staff. I felt as though there were many safety protocols in place that made me feel confident in the procedure I was having done. Highly recommend Horizon West.

Orlando Health staff was so kind and attentive. Dr. Eldayrie was awesome! So professional, so good at what he does, and takes time to explain everything that is to happen, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

The Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital did a great job with the surgery and did a great job with the after surgery recovery. They really do take care of they patients who are in recovery after the surgery they really do go over and beyond to make the patients feel comfortable.

Although everyone was very nice, it felt like they were very understaffed. Many details left not done.

I went into the ER and was quickly put into a wheelchair and taken away to a room. Everybody I met was very helpful, and even the food was decent. The doctors weren’t around super often, but when they did come around they had answers. The nurses were polite the entire time, and answered every question I had or found out the answers for me. Great addition to the area.

Hospital teams were well staffed and friendly. And helpful.Doctors did a good job. And answered all my questions.The food was hot good and on time.They even came to room if you didn’t call them.
