Be careful with your bestbuy credit card & this store. Someone made a purchase with my card online & placed the order to be picked up at this location. I caught it immediately & canceled the orders placed (for a total of $4k). I contacted bestbuy credit card and they seem to careless about the fraudulent purchases. They kindly said they will note my account & replace my cc. I said aren’t you concerned that someone in Florida is going to show up at this store with my name and not a valid ID, cause I’m in Jersey. I said to the rep I think this is an inside job, she could care less. I attempted to contact the manager at this location, I left a message, and as expected I haven’t heard back from anyone.

Service sucks, tried to call and ask a question and was on hold for 56 minutes then got hung up on. Everybody walks around playing on their phones and not helping customers. Went to ask a question and was told to make an appointment. Crazy.

Stopped into the store at Winter Garden Village location tonight to look at laptops. It’s literally been years since I’ve been in any Best Buy after bad experiences at other location-nothings changed. I had to approach sales guy and of course the two laptops I was interested in were not in stock-same tactics as before many years ago. It was time to update some of the appliances in the kitchen. For me this was a stressful. I was looking to purchase a microwave, dishwasher, and oven. I was terrified it was going to break the bank. Had a delivery scheduled 12-6. they texted at 11:20 and said they will be here at 11:40. So I waited outside and watched out the front door. At 12:30 I called to ask where they were. They rescheduled saying I was not available, although I was waiting and watching the entire time. I told them they needed to attempt for real and come back. They said it will be a few days. I said I want to cancel and take my business elsewhere, and they didn't even care. His response was "that's fine". You think they would try to fix it. They couldn't even see proof from driver for his attempt. There was no proof. He just didn't come or went to the wrong house. I will never do business with Best Buy again.

They are the ONLY store in the center, still making customers wait in a line outside. They never made an announcement saying we had to have an order placed or know exactly what item we needed because we were not allowed inside the store. We stood there for 30/45 min and ended up going to Target

If I have to hunt someone down and threaten to use Amazon than that is terrible service. I also was ignored because a child employee was playing on her phone. We need to buy a new computer but I won't come there
