Location was clean and quiet. Only 4 other customers inside eating. Employees were polite and helpful through checkout. Got a blueberry and cheese pastry, a red bean bun, and a cafe latte. Food was fine. Not bad nor fantastic, but it was fine. After paying and adding tip, they said the coffee will be right out. Everything till here was fine. Now the bad. The wait for coffee. Took 18 minutes to get it. There were no other customers ordering. The employees chatted for about 15 mins before a few more customers walked in. There were no other orders to fill till those new customers. One of them even got their drink before me. Eventually one of the employees chatting started making my drink. Not sure what was going on, but 18 mins for a standard small latte is unacceptable. Was the machine broken? Undergoing cleaning? Warming up? No explanation, just, "sorry for the wait". Didn't want to Karen, so I just took it and walked out. I'm hoping that there was a good reason. When you wait in a pretty empty store for over 15 mins for a small uncomplicated coffee with no explanation, while workers chat and even other customers get their drinks, it leaves a bad taste that even the best sweet pastry cannot mask.

I orders an order one of the baked pastries from their menu which was very interactive. I was able to pick exactly which one I wanted but the one I ordered it was very lackluster. 7/10 decent but not anything special but it could have a little more tart and creaminess to it. But overall all 10/10 experience.

This is the first time to this location but have been to two other locations as well. The bakery items are fantastic and a must have. These are the closest to experiencing the real thing in a typical patisserie quality in Paris. Cappuccino is great. Few improvements to make the customer experience better. First, I have observed multiple customers being confused about how the tongs, tray, wax paper works. This station should have a simple big print and illustrated sign showing people clearly how it works. Also, sign or method to prevent customers from putting used tongs back. Also, place Togo boxes out so they can be used without having to go back and wait in line to just simply get a Togo box. This would allow customers to use the Togo box instead of a tray as well.

We got a variety of lovely pastries to go. They had a fantastic selection to choose from. I don't know how we were able to leave with only 6. Easy to figure out what to do, semi self serve. Greeted by 3 people. Fast and easy check out. Lots of space to eat in if you wanted to do that, looks like they had plenty of drink choices but we didn't even look at that today. Will definitely be going back!

Very good service, the coffee is good but the desserts on a Sunday at 6:00 pm are the worst you can eat, all the puff pastry is old, it seems that the cooks work until noon and leave everything old. I explained to them that the same price when they are fresh is what I am paying for something old and they understood me but did not give any solution. I wouldn't come back here.

One of my favorite bread is their whole wheat sliced bread. I went there often to purchase the bread, eat a delicious dessert and a mocaccino. The only negative point is that there are only about six tables inside and when tables become available, they don't get cleaned right away.

Came in at 8pm to get a matcha latte. Order went fine, but as I was waiting, I watched an employee kick 2 small groups of people out of the dining room while they just got their food. Since they close at 9pm, you would think they would let their customers enjoy their food inside while there is still an hour left to close. Mind you, it’s windy and freezing (by Florida standards). As a business, they should just remind patrons they close at 9pm meaning they can be inside until they close to the public. THEN they should be fishing the closing duties. Sorry to rant about something that didn’t directly concern me, but someone has to let management know their employees are doing this.
