Party city has long been the place for your party throwing needs but the customer service is just subpar. Someone needs to do a store check and see if labor is being used efficiently because there’s always a line and yet a huddle of employees talking. My experience using curbside pickup has been fine and now that’s the only way I’ll continue to be a patron. Going inside is too frustrating. Prices tend to be cheaper than Amazon and the quality of their products is pretty good.

Expensive and balloons even didn’t last 1 day. I have had helium balloons many times which lasted up to 1 week but these have not lasted even 1 day. Approximately 16 hours passed and before my photoshoot for my birthday I woke up in the morning and saw that, half of the balloons had deflated. I was really upset, but tried to stayed calm. When I reached studio for my photoshoot I only had numbers. And it’s really overpriced. The weight for balloons I bought the same in Walmart for 0.98 cents in Party City it was around 2.80$ and it was exactly the same. And 30$ for 2 numbers! No way. I will not gonna back there!!!

Typical Party city...except we are not from Fla, and the fact that they carried beer and wine was a surprise!! It makes sense, just unexpected..

My family and I visited the winter garden party city location on 09/21/23 and was very disappointed to say the least. The young girl who was at the register was very rude for no reason to us. She had an ugly face for her customers, instead of being happy to work at party city. Poor customer service. We were buying $100.00 worth of merchandise and because she was so rude and impolite, we asked for the manager Jared to help us check out our merchandise. But the manager Jared was worse than the employee. He was extremely rude to us. So we decided to not purchase the merchandise and left. This store has always had a problem finding quality employees. These to very rude employees should be fired. Do yourself a favor a go to a different location, because this party city in winter garden is the worse. 0-stars.

This store has a TERRIBLE customer service.A blonde grumpy cashier got my family and was rushing us, being 100% rude. She knows nothing about customer service and neither does Jared (the guy working with her). When I told her we were still deciding and she should SMILE instead of that look, she started laughing, totally ironic on us and telling us she had more customers to talk to.If you hate your job, just QUIT!!! I’ve nothing to do with the fact you hate your life, bud!Everyone is fighting a battle you nothing about, you’re not the only one struggling with something.A simple “hi, how are you?” I’m not asking too much!!!Come on guys you’re “PARTY CITY”, you were supposed to greet the customers, smile, make them feel comfortable in your store and this way you’ll create a great experience and sell more - make more money.My advice is: NEVER go to Winter Garden Party City if you wanna have a good time and plan your party!

G Morning for all!I’d like to say something about this Party City store: I do love that store BUT NEVER EVER AGAIN ILL COME BACK TO THIS WINTER GARDEN LOCATION!!! Bad customer service!Jared and his employee were very very very RUDE to us. Bad mood, bad energy at all.Everyone who knows me knows that I’m always ALWAYS in an awesome mood and great energy!!!!!Those people really don’t know how to work with customer service. They don’t smile, they’re not polite, just the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD IN MY LIFE!!!I already came a lot to this store, but NEVER MORE!Just a tip: if you work in a store called Party City at least SMILE ;)If you smile all the world will smile to you!!!

Same thing happened to me with that blonde customer, she was very rude, didn’t smile, didn’t like her job.Bad customer service at all… disappointing for a “party city” place lol

My family and I visited the winter garden party city. We were all excited to shop for Halloween costumes. When we got to the register the blonde girl with the nose piercing greeted us with a very ugly face. I guess she doesn't like her job. Anyway she was very rude to us. So rude, that we asked to be rung up by the manager. When the manager Jared came over, he said he could help us. We placed the items on the counter, and all of the sudden he was being extremely rude to us. So rude that we decided not to purchase the items anymore, and we left the store shocked at the poor and extremely rude customer service. Do yourself a favor and never shop at party city in winter garden. Terrible and lazy manage and employees...

This store is so poorly managed and understaffed, the line is taking over 20 minutes although the store's not busy. Customers are leaving rather than purchasing. Manager has been up to look at the line twice and just left. No help, no additional registers opened. She's now chilling out front. Amazon, folks. They're quicker than this joint.

Restrooms resemble a dirty tire shop. No soap, no paper-towels nothing cleaned in months. Totally disgusting.

Arrived 10 minutes early to pick up balloons that were pre-ordered. Was rudely informed that it was not 11 AM yet. I asked will they be ready by 11? Very rude young lady said "yes". I am back at 11 o'clock on the dot. 20 minutes later, no balloons yet. Will never shop here again if I can help it.

I ordered balloons today for a graduation party. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and the employees were working hard and remained pleasant even while the store was crowded. The manager also allowed a last minute balloon substitution instead of making me go back in line to pay for a small difference in price. He said that it was more important for me to leave happy. This shows me that he really cares about customer service. Thank you.
