This place is horrible. over 15 emails back and forth with them to get my order. The order was sent incorrect. They would not call me to talk about it, only emails with no name on their email in which to talk. After all of those emails, they finally admitted to being wrong. I ordered the slings back in August 2023 and I still do not have resolution (today is 12/11/23). I hired a place in South Bend Indiana and I will have the correct slings made and installed in 2 weeks. Stay away from these people.

Great product. Great customer service. I measured incorrectly. They didn't care so I returned them and they fixed my slings. Thanks!

I ordered back/bottom slings for our chaise lounge on 6/29/21 from patioslingsite.com. Despite taking measurements 3 times, the slings arrived flawed. Upon reviewing photos I sent of the finished fit, they quickly agreed to re-make my slings at no charge. In fact, the option of a refund was also mentioned. After providing additional photos, measurements and speaking with the Owner, a second set of slings were Fedex'd and fit perfectly. At the end of the day, all that matters is finding a company that stands behind their products.

I tried ordering replacement sling samples using there email as directed. I waited 2 weeks for a reply and received none. I called them and the person I spoke to said to email her directly and she would take care of it. I received a reply that she had received my email and my samples would go out the next day. Well over 3 weeks have gone by and I have not received anything. I contacted a different vendor and received samples within a week. I would NOT recommend this place.

I received my cushions on 10/9/20. That was a little more than a week from my most recent contact with the company. All pieces were shipped. I will say was very pleased at the quality of their product. The entire ordering experience though, took approximately four months to complete and was unsettling when I was not getting the truth from their employees. I still believe it is important to contact customers as to changes in the original estimated completion date including when the product is being shipped. I also did not receive any email with shipping information. I wanted to give this company 3 stars because the quality of the product was really good. But dang! The poor customer service was nuts!

I received my cushions the day after I filed the complaint. The cushions came out beautiful and am very pleased with the outcome.

Ordered multiple size slings about 3 years ago, they all came in perfect. Planning on doing that again; but see these bad posts. Hope they still come in great.

We ordered these after VERY careful measuring as instructed by Patio Sling. Even took the chairs to the store where chairs originally purchased to have them check our measurement (contracted to install them). When received, they were too big and looked rippled & sloppy. Understand no refunds if product is not properly measured, but we measured EXACTLY as Patio Sling specified that we must. The fabric is good (the only reason to give even 2 stars). Just do not expect them to fit as they should. Poor business practice to not return ANY of our emails and phone calls.

I ordered 6 slings from Patio Direct. They arrived in California after 3-4 weeks and I and my wife installed them. The fabric is so much better than the original fabric and more attractive. I've read the other reviews and, admittedly, am stumped at their displeasure of the service and product. I couldn't have asked for a more timely 'custom' order and couldn't be more pleased with the product. Before ordering them, be very careful as to measurements. They fit precisely to the patio frame, and even one-half inch off could make installing them impossible. Just measure carefully and you'll be fine. Installing them is definitely a 2 'man' project. It took about 30-45 minutes per chair and involved a lot of sweat and grunts. However, the site indicated it would be a task, and it was. In the end, we have 6 new looking patio chairs that look and feel better than the originals. In short, I was very pleased with Patio Direct and if you're willing to invest some time and effort into the replacement endeavor, you'll wind up saving over $1000.00 rather than investing in new patio furniture.

Ordered replacement sling in early July, did not receive them until mid August. 5-6 slings were in good shape , the 6th sling had bad stitching that was coming out prior to installing sling. I contacted Patio Direct via email with picture of the bad stitching, 3 weeks later still no response

Company does not answer their phone nor do the respond to emails (both red flags). Their website is not secure and does not use encryption--do not do business via credit card with this company.

Be careful ordering from this company.When the slings arrived there was a note with them to say that they would measure 1/2 inch less than the dimensions I gave them. The slings are too short. In addition the fabric has stretched sideways within a week of use so that the slings are baggy. I have ordered slings before from another company and there was no problem of this nature.

I placed an order almost 8 weeks ago and I have still not received my order which I was told would be around 5-6 weeks. The sales person I spoke with to take my order was wonderful and had great customer service. Unfortunately, my correspondence since has been awful. They have terrible customer service. I have called a half dozen times and have left messages that were never returned. I emailed them and would get a response 4 days later with an apology and that they were looking into it, but would never follow up with me. I have wasted a ridiculous amount of time trying to track down my order that I had to pay for up front. I have now informed them that I will be opening a fraud dispute to reverse all charges if I do not receive my order in the next few days. I am still waiting to hear from them. Definitely not worth the hassle-find another company!

Customer service is horrible. I've emailed them 3 times asking the status of my order, no reply. Every time I call them during business hours, you can't get a live person on the phone. They make you leave a voicemail, and they never return a call. I've been waiting on my order for over 2 weeks, and I have no idea when I'll receive my order, if ever. This place seems shady.
