The only place in town to get an authentic NY sub. Great NY deli feel. Great selection of drink and chips. Prices more than fair. Only negative I have is I didn’t go sooner. Location isn’t great, hard to spot driving by. No anchor stores near by to draw in people. (Publix, Walgreens, etc). Will be back.

I popped in to see what this place was like. There was no welcome by the staff. Prices were a little high. Customers built up at the register, and no one acknowledged us. More and more people came in and just sat at the booths. After a little bit of waiting, I just left. I wasn’t upset, but they’re not really interested in their customers. Probably won’t return.

In town for Universal and had a rainy day out of the park. Kids wanted Subway, I said let’s find a real deli. Glad this was the place we picked. Seinfeld references on the menu. Grateful Dead on the stereo. When I walked in and saw Jerry and a Bear behind the counter I said, I done found my people! ?

Fantastic small place to grab lunch. Food is amazing, family run and they are great people take real pride in what they are doing. Always clean, food always consistent, great choices, everyone should try this place. Not cheap, but good food rarely is, and this is worth the coin!

I'm not a big sub person and Perrotti's was great! I ordered off the kid's menu to try since it was my first time. I came in during lunch time and the place was busy. With the kid's meal you get a bag of chips and a drink but nothing fancy and it was small but filling enough for me. They didn't skimp out on the cheese and I did request pesto mayo which was flavorful. I would get a 6 inch sub/meal next time and I do want to try a bagel as well.

Straightforward deli with quality food and great service at a fair price. True New York style, including bagels shipped in from the Bronx and Dr. Brown's sodas.

You know those local deli's, family owned, with great folks working hard to please their customers, you found it, this is Perrotti's NY Deli. The first time we went in, we felt a bit uncomfortable. Everyone knew the protocol's, customer favorites and all of the menu options. Don't worry, the next time, you are the regular. When you walk in you will be greeted and invited to the back to order. Don't panic over the number of options, no one is in a hurry, they are there to help. The food is great, serving sizes more than plentiful of just very good deli food. Think about take out? It appears most of their business is take away and they are very good at it. The restaurant is located on Hwy 535 and Lake Butler/West Orange behind the Fire Station. It is a bit hard to see from the street, but with plenty of parking space.

I got the Petro and it was absolutely delicious. Made me feel like I was back in the city. Getting a nice good hearty sandwich. I can't wait to try additional ones and support this local business.

Great family owned business. We have been coming here for years. They moved from one side of the complex to the other and food is delicious.

I met she and her husband in the grocery store and asked her about the name on her shirt. It turned out that they were the owners of the restaurant and that the cuisine was authentic because they were from New York. The food was great and they were as pleasant in the restaurant as they were in the store. It was a wonderful experience and I will visit them again! ?Parking: Good parking. People were doing a lot of pick-ups so there was lots of rotation in the lot.Kid-friendliness: People were out on the patio with their kids.Wheelchair accessibility: The area in front of the restaurant ramps-up from the street!

We ate here for the 1st time based on your reviews. I must say, we were not disappointed. Small family deli. I had their pastramageddon, it was fantastic, my wife had the roast beef sandwich which seemed like carved roast beef and it too was excellent. We felt very welcomed by the staff/owner. One of the best and spicy pastrami sandwiches I have ever had. Can't wait to return. If you're in the area, don't skip this place.
