I have been renting with this company since 2019 of course they took over from U-haul, but since I store has taken over, they have not repaired the gates.Of course.They raise my prices and your excess to the facility is the worst.
I'm a business owner and I need to be able to access the facility to retrieve my food truck and trailer. Unfortunately, there's an issue all the time with that I have been locked in. I have been locked out. I have missed work I have lost money and no one has ever called me to say anything. They don't care the sad part about it is. I'm stuck rinsing with them because it's so close to my home but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.It's sad to say the property is clean, but you can never access the property.
