Worst customer service at a Pharmacy my family has encountered in our lives. Filling a prescription and we discovered through the Publix website, we could get 1 month of the medication free (saving $110). All this required was the Pharmacy to take 5min to re-run the prescription. The techs first told us they couldn’t do it. But after showing them they could, they refused and said we’d have to “look it up ourselves”. So we sat down and tried to figure it out ourselves only to come back to the tech and let them know that only the Publix staff can process the prescription through the website for the month free. The techs practically ignored our requests at this point. The pharmacists stepped in but acted like this was the biggest inconvenience for her. We waited again, and finally was about to give up and just fill the medication as is without the discount until the pharmacist spoke up and said she was almost done processing it. The whole thing could’ve taken 5min but ended up being 45 min.
Our daughter in law is a pharmacist at a Publix in Florida who does this for patients all the time and is willing and able to help her patients. Beware of this Pharmacy, they act like they couldn’t be bothered with any extra work or requests.

The pharmacists and technicians are friendly and always available to answer questions. Vaccine appointments are on time.

The staff makes you feel like you're an interruption, no greeting except "are you picking up" and don't bother to ask the short one with the fake lashes a question, unless you want to deal with her attitude.

Can’t believe corporate doesn’t replace the entire pharmacy. I guarantee that every 5 star review is someone who works there.

Said my son’s prescription would be ready @2. Show up at 2:30 and they said it’s ready but they can’t give it to me cause the pharmacist is at lunch. Currently 3:15. Waste of time. Pharmacy tech keeps laughing at the end of every sentence. Poor customer service.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. I’ve always used Publix for my Rx’s and have had good experiences. Not at this store though. The staff is completely incompetent and rude. It will take you DAYS not minutes to get your Rx. If you take bp meds or any other maintenance prescriptions, you should avoid this store at all possible costs, as you will surely have a different problem, each and every time you pick up an Rx. Weather it’s a problem with the insurance or anything else, they do not act as your pharmacy or work to fix the problem. They do not value their customers, as you are just a number in line to them. They just don’t care about their jobs or you. BEWARE!

Pharmacist has always answered any of my questions. I have monthly prescriptions I pick up and they are ready when they say they will be. Even got our flu shots here this year.

One of the absolute worst assistants here writing down information for my ex. I have to wait 8 days and 2 hrs worth of being on hold with my insurer to get the information right! Can you imagine if it was your diabetic relative waiting on insulin! My medicine was 204.00 prior to getting my milligrams right.....after it was 4.20 gd cents.....
