I ordered 6 sling cushions and they told me the turnaround time was 6 weeks and that I would get a email from them when it ships. No email at all. I called them after 6 weeks, and they told me it will 7 to 8 weeks from order date. I called after 8 weeks and they gave me a FedEx number to call for a tracking number. It took 8 weeks and 5 days from order date to get my order. The good part is there website was very straight forward on how to measure your chairs and place order. I measured my chairs according to there website and the slings fit my chairs perfectly. Very happy with the quality and product. They should be truthful about the turnaround time. 8 and a half weeks is crazy.

I ordered slings in early August 2023 from these folks and am still having issues with them getting the dimensions correct. We have now passed about 15 emails back and forth with no resolve to the situation.. I sent pictures numerous times, asked them to call me to discuss. No call back at all. I still do not have resolution. Horrible customer service and lead times that exceed their quoted time. I'm a very frustrated past customer. Never again will I use these folks

Great service, fast ship, great looking cushions.BUT - and this is huge - do not buy these cushions if they will ever get wet. I have a cover, try to not get them wet - but life is that they will rained on. And when they do - they will HOLD water forever. We got a decent amount of rain last week. My previous cushions would be dry in 1 day or sunshine after. These 4 days of sunshine later are full of water. Like you pick them up and turn to side and more than a gallon of water comes out of each cushion. Somehow they let water in no problem, but do not let it out. It takes me a week of sunshine and standing them up to get them dry. Which makes them unusable.If you have these in a covered porch, they would be great. outside they are a total waste of money

I called and placed an order after emailing with the company about making replacement cushions for Azalea Ridge swivel dining chairs. I was told the turn around time would be 6 weeks. I was told to call to place the order. I placed the order and was told I would receive an email with order confirmation. Six days later I still had not received an email confirmation of the order. I learned the only thing correct on my order was my credit card number in which they charged me twice and refunded one charge. My address including city and zip code was incorrect, my email address was incorrect as well as my phone number yet they had my $535. The order was placed on June 1, 2022. On July 23, 2022, FedEx delivered cushions that were the wrong size. As of mid-afternoon on July 25 they have not refunded my money nor provided information for the FedEx call tag to pickup these cushions that are nowhere even close to the right size. I have emailed 4 times and talked with one representative who hung up on me and still no resolution except an email from a manager stating she understands that I want to cancel. Hahaha! Cancel what??? They shipped the wrong sizes. Do not order from them. That manager made excuses that the error were minor and they are a small company as an excuse.

I would love to give zero stars! When I placed my order the only thing they got right was my credit card number and charged me twice. they did refund one charge. I had to call 3 times for them to get my address, email, and phone number correct. I received the wrong size cushions 8 weeks later. I followed up with 2 emails showing photos the size of the cushions compared to the original set as well as a phone call when I didn't hear from the company. The customer service rep claiming she was "one of the managers" was rude and eventually hung up on me after telling me that I'd hear from someone about FedEx picking up the cushions and that I'd get a refund in 3 to 5 days. It has been 5 hours since I talked with her and no follow up contact from the company. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They had $535 of my money for 8 weeks and looks like I'll have to file a claim with my credit card company to get my refund.

Customer service for me was terrible. I had a question on how to measure for sling chair replacement seat. The di sign was very similar to the products on there website. However the mounting to the frame was different. First I called and tried to explain the difference and similarities. The women taking the call said we can't make that. I explained that the sling is like your product with a 1/4" cord sewn into each end. Nope. I emailed pictures. Nope we can't do that. But they do.

I ordered cushions in July 2021 and paid for them. It is now the end of Nov 2021 and I still have not received my order. I understand there are many issues for businesses based on the COVID epidemic so I'm trying to be patient. The main issue I have run into other than just not receiving my order in a reasonable amount of time, is lack of communication and follow up. The company does not reach out at all. I reached out after 12 weeks of wait time to find out that my order was not begun because the fabric I chose was not available and would not be for months. I was directed to choose a new fabric from the website and call back, to find it was not available either. Jan was very helpful by letting me know what fabrics they did have. I really appreciate this. Based on the fabric pricing listed on line my option was a less expensive fabric, and got no refund. Had I chosen a more expensive fabric, I was told there would be an increased charge. They told me the fabric was in stock and the cushions would be made and shipped in 2 weeks. I heard nothing. I called after 4 weeks and was told they needed to check the warehouse and would call me back. I got no return call. I called again and have been told to expect my order to ship in about another week. I wish I could say I had the fantastic experience others did. I still hope when I do get my cushions they will be awesome. I know times are hard for businesses right now. Better communication would help everyone.

I ordered 4 slings to replace our old ones. The site states they are back logged due to being extra busy so be patient. The price compared to others was well worth the wait. I ordered on 6/2/21 and received them on 7/29/21. I am happy with the quality of the material and definitely recommend this company.

I bought the five piece round table and four chairs the table legs rusted so I need to buy just the table legs and the weave on the seats are ripping so I need to buy just the seating can I buy just parts??

I ordered 3 Frontgate Pasadena cushion sectionals back in August. They never told me to pay up front; turns out they never did anything so I now re-ordered and pd upfront. It took 4.5 months to get them and only because I kept calling to check on the status. Never an update from them, just excuses when I could finally get someone on the line. I only followed up because they are odd shaped.

Our elderly Hampton Bay wicker set patio cushions gave up the ghost after many years. I had no idea where to get replacements until I found these fine folks on the web. I was a little leery to order from Florida as we live in California but I have no qualms now! The sample fabrics arrived immediately. My new cushions plus pillows look amazing, better than the originals when new. The Sunbrella fabric is luxe and the colors so gorgeous. Workmanship? Top notch! Did I mention the service and shipping was great? So happy!
