Ross can be a pretty busy store. But generally worth the wait. They usually have more stock than the other outlet stores. Friendly staff, clean store.

I don't know if I've had bad luck or if it's just me. But I don't love them. I think there is a lot of disorder in the clothes, everything is very random, you can get real deals but there are a lot of ugly or non-brand clothes. I still always get something but if I compare it with Marshall or Burlington I think it is one step further behind in terms of quality and experience. It's not bad just that.

Poor attitude from cashier , surprisingly, dismissive and curt - all other staff were friendly and helpful. Surprising as she was one of the oldest there and thought would be better.

Yuck. I rarely give one-star reviews, but this Ross Dress For Less is the worst of an already less-than-stellar chain. Store was a complete mess. Merchandise thrown everywhere and dirty floors. Checkout personnel were very rude and unwelcoming. With such close competition nearby (Marshalls, Bealls, Burlington, etc.,) I suggest you skip this establishment and take your business elsewhere. Not recommended.
