These guys KNOW what they are doing!I have 2012 C300 Mercedes that sustained some electrical damage due to the sunroof being clogged. It was odd because it all started when my battery died one and I could not get it started after I changed the battery. I took my car THREE mechanic shops, INCLUDING the Mercedes dealership (south Orlando); no one knew what the issue was. Mercedes stated it was a fuel pump issue and was going to charge me $2000 and wasn't sure if they would solve the issue. I took it from them and took it to 2 other shops afterward to no avail. A friend referred these guys to me and I thanked him profusely when the job was done. I dropped my car off on Monday and by Friday I had my car again, after being without my car for 4 months trying to find someone to fix. It seemed like everyone was intimidated because of the electrical work as well. Robi diagnosed had a solution within 24 hours.Moreover, my front grill was a little loose before I took it to there shop (Not sure why). They even tightened the grill up without me even asking. They genuinely care about making sure your car is maintained properly. He gave me some advise about some rust around my calibers, I was really greatful.I waited a whole month or so to write this review just to make sure everything on the car was fine and all is well. I can't say enough good things about Robi and the team. If you're in Orlando these guys can fix your car and they operate with great integrity (which is so hard to find when it comes to mechanics). I've been in the auto repair industry for 50 years, I know a great shop from a good one. Robi and Lisa run a GREAT SHOP. Their personal touch towards every customer and the excellent repair work for every repair is what makes them the best around. I trust them with my MB SL55 AMG, and my RR Silver Spur. Best of the best.

Unbelievably great service! My regular mechanic could not fix my car for over a week. Called Royal Motors and was able to have my car towed there immediately and new water pump installed the very next day. Recommend to everybody! Won’t take my vehicle anywhere else!

Robi is the best. He has done three different types of relatively involved repairs on my 1987 BMW 325i and accomplished them all. The a/c was an issue but he stuck to it until it worked w/ refurb compressor. Highly recommend either of his two shops.Services: Air conditioning

There was no wait, and i was pleased with the job, except for this. I recommend using clean gloves, and plastic seat covers to avoid dirtying the vehicle and if you do, make sure to clean it. Never let customers have to ask for it to be clean. This is a common problem with many shops but it can be easily remedied.Service: General repairs & maintenance
