The location of the store is convenient. I was able to purchase what I needed online and pick it up at the store. My previous visit to this store was several years ago and the store was much smaller. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived despite receiving an email saying it was. I used the time to look around the store and enjoyed it. I also was helped by an employee buy some paint for concrete application.

I understand why this store has poor ratings. I don't think the employees there know much about the products they sale. When I dealt with the manager he seemed uninterested in helping me. I had a sample piece of wood stained there. It looked terrible. When I voiced my concern he asked me what was wrong with it? Anyone with the gift of vision would be able to know that the sample looked bad. I wasn't blaming anyone. Maybe it was the wood but for him to completely dismiss my concerns just goes to show you how poorly this place is ran. Benjamin Moore in winter garden is amazing. Next time I'll drive the extra 10 minutes!

If your employee is gonna cut people off tell him not to do it in a company car with the phone number and location on the vehicle! Had to swerve into another lane at 40 miles an hour to avoid a collision on my way to work. Thank goodness nobody was next to me.

Ridiculously expensive for paint that only looks good for a couple of years. Also, they gave us the wrong paint (which was only partially their fault) and wouldn't take it back in exchange for the right paint.

No complaints from me! I called and spoke with Rachel and immediately she jumped into help. I bought my house as the second owner and needed to match the interior paint at my house. She asked me a couple of questions and did all the discovery to get the right paint color and was able to make a gallon of paint. That is a perfect match! Now. I don't have to remain the whole interior of my house for a couple of patches!

We suddenly needed five gallons of our exterior paint in the middle of having a new roof installed. The customer service from everyone at this store was above the best, I am incredibly grateful to this magnificent team!

Great experience! I placed an order online for pickup. When I received a notification the order was ready for pickup, I headed down to the store. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff. They retrieved my order immediately and offered to assist with anything else I might have needed. I was in and out in a couple minutes!

I stopped by Sherwin-Williams to pick up a new roller and paint brush. I purchased paint from another location and let it sit too long so I also asked if they could shake it up for me. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They had a nice supply of painting accessories and were quick to offer assistance.
