Do not leave this store without making sure that the equipment you are buying works.I got an Apple Watch from this store and after spending more than 2 hours at the store the watch never worked. They couldn’t return it either and asked me to deal with it through the Apple/TMobile warranty.Also, the guys that work there Jamie and Justin treat the female employees so bad. The new girl Caroline was trying to help me but those 2 would not help her at all. They kept telling her just call 611 to figure it out. HORRIBLE customer service!

The team on this store is absolutely slow. The line there is always growing wile the balcony just have 1 or 2 guys to take care of 10 people at time. This is awful.

Great. I went there and clearly asked for a pre-paid sim card for my phone and got it done within 20 minutes. I am happy because he did not try to push me to buy a plan or charge me for extra things and then offer me "free" stuff as a "compensation" for the extra charges. I'll be back there today to get another sim card and in a month to get a family plan and home Internet. Thank you.

What a awful experience with this store. I drove 30 minutes out there to go this select store because they had the iPhone 15 pro, I get there and as im trading my device in he tells me theres already a trade in request going through, that i already canceled days before. Instead of telling me hey call customer real fast and see what they can do, the MANAGER of the store told me that theres no point to call customer service because in his past experiences they “dont help” and then proceeds to tell me theres nothing he can do and ill have to try again another day. I called customer service that night when i got home out of curiosity and the lady on the phone told me she could of resolved that issue simply by doing the trade on her end and putting it on the new order. So he straight up wasted my time and lied to me, Well i call back the day after before they close because i had work, he tells me they still have them in stock and i come in the next morning 30 minutes after they open and welp to my surprise the guy says theres no more in stock. Absolute joke of a store and representatives, how are you the manager of a store and not know how to handle a easy situation like that. And then proceed to say you have plenty in stock right before you close and i come in around opening, and there’s none. Wasted hours of my life to not even get the phone in the end, and the best part of it all is if the manager wasn’t lacking simple store knowledge i would of been able to get the phone the first day i came in. LOL thanks tmobile in winter garden.

Colton literally saved the day for us—my daughter tried to get her new phone going & everything went pear-shaped… He fixed everything & got everything operational for us in minutes. He came out & helped us immediately, since we all appeared to be traumatized & took care us us. I cannot thank him enough. Colton ROCKS — THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I recently jumped off my parents plan, going onto my own plan. And I intended on going into this store and getting a 14 pro, and since I’m in an apartment; home internet as well. When I walked in, I was greeted by aaron. During the process of buying my devices she didn’t care at all for what I had to say nor any questions regarding these devices. He proceeded to text on his phone as if I was invisible. I’m giving 2 stars because his employee Jonathan, stepped in after, to fully explain everything. I hope that tmobile takes action and removes this Aaron guy from that team. I’ve been going here with my family for over 5 years now, so he seems new. Johnathan helped my mom get a IPhone 14 and she actually recommended him to me. All in all, I was very disappointed with my interaction.

I have dreaded getting a new phone & put it off for forever so I felt like a lot better it when I met Jesus!! He helped my anxiety go away with my purchase of the S22 Ultra by answering all my questions & concerns. He was very very knowledgeable, patient, kind & not pushy whatsoever. I highly recommend Jesus!
