Standard Staples, organized in typical configuration. They had what we needed, and our purchase was processed efficiently. The staff person at checkout was friendly and accommodating. We would return, if the need arises.

Staples is always inadequately staffed. The hey have too many GenZ's working here who have not explored the concept of multitasking. It's so nerve racking. Amazon, UPS and the post office partnering with Staples is an even bigger mistake. Mind you Staples sells shipping supplies but they receive UPS and USPS shipping supplies from the each company. To the general public, supplies from the post office and UPS are free to use. Just like will all of corporate America, these business have found ways to conveyance yet inconvenience you or raid your wallet during the process of doing business. I came in with a pre-paid UPS label and needed a UPS. The cashier said he couldn't give me one. I asked why and he stated corporate policy. I explained I least have my label I just need a UPS label, he still denied. I asked for a manager. She came over same response. She suggested I go buy and envelope off the shelf. I told her that's just silly because I'm mailing through UPS, you have a UPS label right there. It's not like I'm asking her to open a pack of envelopes for sale by staples. I'm asking her for one of the many free supplies they receive from UPS. She also suggested I use the post office envelope I came in with and out the UPS label on it. That's more dumb than me buying an envelope that is free to Staples and me. I'm guess because they are a store that sells shipping supplies her giving me a UPS envelope will some how make them miss a sale. It actually did more than that. I will always make sure to use the conveyance of them being a UPS drop off center but will never use their services for UPS again nor will I ever buy shipping products from them. That's crazy to not just give me a courtesy one! I could see if I had a shipping business and are constantly coming there using their supplies! Terrible use of a manager for her to not make a one time exception! I did a MacGyver move and turned post office inside out so there were not any post office markings and placed the label on that. She did allow me to use their tape. I'm surprised I didn't have to buy it.

Kimberly from the print center at Staples Winter Garden went above and beyond to help me when I was in a bind. She was courteous, helped me with placing my order, even stayed a bit late to make sure I got what I needed on time.

I needed to have my Epson printer checked out and manager David Darling spent an inordinate amount of time with me testing every part of the printer. He was so patient and polite with me throughout. I really appreciated the time that he spent trying to diagnose the problem. Finally he agreed to send it back and give me a credit. Thank you so much David!BT

STAPLES- Winter Garden, Fl.I’m writing this review because I had the WORST experience ever.Long story short, I came into the store March 10th around 4:30 pm to print business cards. The associates there at the time were FANTASTIC… could not have had a better experience! Unfortunately I had to return the next day (March 11 around 6pm) because the file that I wanted to have printed was too small. However this time around I was “helped” by someone named Emily. I was first thrown off by how rude she was to the older lady in front of me. She was super impatient with her and spoke to her as if she was bothered that she needed help. That’s not even my grandma and I was super upset with how she was communicating with her! When it came time for me to get help, I explained to her that I had just emailed over my documents that I needed printed. She VERY RUDELY said, “we don’t do that. You need to do that online,” and proceeded to disregard me and help the next customer. I explained to her that yesterday I was able to email what I needed but she ignored me. I asked to speak to the manager and he took a while to come over (as she was giving him her side of the story through the mic.)When David came over I explained the situation and how badly I was treated and his response was “well Emily is great sooo.” I then said to him that when a customer is expressing their concerns that is not a response that should come from a manager when a costumer is expressing concerns. Emily smirked and giggled the entire time. Anyway, David proceeded to try and help me but had to call Emily over for assistance. I immediately knew why he thought Emily was so great… because she knew things he didn’t know how to do. I went through the process to have everything printed but walked back into the store because I was so upset at how I was treated. I understand protocol is protocol and have no problem with that! My issue was the tone, bad body language, their attitudes. At the end of the day, I understand that everyone has their days and everyone deserves to be shown grace. Needless to say, I’ll never be returning to this staples. EVER.

I never leave reviews… I should do them more but I think a lot of people who have any little problem will just run to google or yelp and rip a business apart. And that’s not right. I’ve worked in restaurants and customer service positions for 24 years….with Disney World & Universal Studios & 10 years with Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse. I understand things just happen, but my experience yesterday just left me dumbfounded. I have a newly opened business account with Staples and have used them for a few professional printing jobs. I’m a soap maker and skin care formulator, and I’m ready to roll out a new label design for my liquid soaps. I came in yesterday to print out some new labels at the Winter Garden location. Brought in my special ordered labels from Avery and the thumb drive with the PDF templates uploaded to the drive. Poor sweet Emily greeted me and tried to help me get this print job done. She was so confused and unsure to what she needed to do. I helped guide her as best I could while I kept looking to her associate to help. Who seemed she could not be bothered to help me or poor Emily. Emily wasn’t sure which way the labels needed to be put into the printer drawer to have them printed correctly. I suggested they use a sample white piece of paper and test which way it would get fed into the printer first. To which I was told by the other associate, “NO, we need to use your paper to test.” I fully understand that my label paper needed to be used in the final test for color and alignment but I was hoping they would test the proper paper placement in the paper drawer.Well, as you may have guessed… Yep, my label sheet was ruined because it was loaded incorrectly. These labels aren’t too expensive but they aren’t cheap. And these labels are for a business project…12 labels per sheet. That’s 12 labels for 12 soaps gone. Profit percentage lowered. I digress….So, I leave shortly after getting the paper direction figured out and then get a call from Emily, ( not a manager), about an hour later that the labels are still printing incorrectly. I simply asked her to just cancel the order.I was ready to scratch this off as just a bad day until I learn the other associate I mentioned was a manager!!! Whose name is Jessi. She is the manager or one of the managers over the printing department. She literally watched poor Emily struggle for almost 20 minutes while I was there. Jessi didn’t seem to really care this poor girl didn’t know what she was doing. And it’s not Emily’s fault, it’s management. They didn’t train her properly or set her up with the right tools. Isn’t it the management teams job to train, mentor, and develop the staff that they oversee? Instead just let this sweet employee drown? Just sad.I went back to pick up my labels later on in the day and Kimberly turned this whole thing around. I would have left a 1 star review solely for the manager Jessi but didn’t because of Kimberly.Kimberly had heard about the difficult time Emily had had and offered to help out, if I had time. Kimberly went above and beyond to help me log into my label company account and make several alignment adjustments to make it right. She did not stop until it was perfect. Now this is a Star employee…. someone I would hire for my own team.I would have taken my business elsewhere if it wasn’t for Kimberly.I imagine higher ups will see this review. I hope you all take the time to coach your management staff because I have never seen a manager just let an employee sink and struggle. Especially someone like Emily who truly cares and was doing everything she knew how to fulfill my order. She deserves better. Thank you for taking the time to read this and use it constructively.

The products are great and the service was polite. However, the bathroom was terrible and uninviting!! For the general public you would expect cleaner surroundings!!

I rarely write reviews, but I had the best customer service experience today with Kimberly at the printing center. I was trying to print out posters for an important science presentation, and she was so helpful in guiding me through submitting the order. It was a complicated order with multiple panels and sizes for each poster and she was so helpful for the entire process. I definitely hope to see her again when I return to pick up my order :) Best customer service I've experienced in a long time.

It was so refreshing to experience excellent customer service at this store. It all started with me inquiring about a service through their phone lines. I spoke with an employee by the name of Kimberly that works in the printing department. I asked a question and she answered it. Her answer resolved so many other technical difficulties that I could never get the correct answer to. She is very attentive, as soon as I arrived in the line there was no wait Kimberly said with a smile “how may I help you”. She is very knowledgeable in the department that she works in, very detailed oriented, give great recommendations for quality work, and is a great resource for the company. I purchased an item that needed to be printed and she exceeded my expectations. She is the reason that I chose Staples over Office Depot because of her outstanding service from the very first point of contact via telephone and in the store. Her knowledge, job skills, and customer service made me feel so relieved. Kimberly took the burden away by answering 1 question that was a solution to many other difficulties that I could never get a resolve for. We need more Kimberlys just like her in this world. I’m now a rewards member and Staples will always be my first go to because of Kimberly.

Kimberly in the print department is amazing. We came in last night and Kimberly was very nice to my 5th grade daughter. Kimberly went above and beyond by looking at our print job, helping us improve it (by cutting white edges and laminating) and taking time to talk to my daughter about her project. My daughter has said that this is now her favorite store and that she will come in for all her future projects. Please recognize her. She is a great asset to your organization.

Good place to go for office supplies. Do you know the recycle print cartridges and give u points for bringing them in? Which goes to dollars off your purchases? Excellent selection of journals, art supplies, and paper stock.

Used to come here several times a week to drop off UPS packages and buy shipping supplies. Last time I came in I had to ship 3 packages. I was told I could not be given free shipping label pouches by no other than the General Manager even though UPS offers them for free as part of their service. In other words. I buy tape, boxes and pay to print the shipping labels, and pay the UPS shipping service often as an eBay seller, but the Staples GM wants to save 2 cents on plastic label pouches that are supposed to be free as shown on the UPS website. Not only that, he was condescending and rude. Classic cut your nose to spite your face tactic! I’ll never come to this Staples again.
