If you are tenant at Stoneybrook West Storage facility or planning to rent space there you certainly will need to read this. Last week Saturday at 5pm burglary happened at our unit. 2 female were able to manually open metal coded gate ( think it was left open for them),
went straight to our unit without looking or being lost in property not knowing where to go ( think someone told them the location of the unit or they/someone they know works at facility, spent about an hour digging through our staff and choosing what they need like and loading into trunk of their truck ( do you think their security system and 24 hours video recording really as good as advertised???) then they left happy having treasure with them. On Monday 2.30pm during daily walk through inspection ( wondering why inspection conducted late afternoon not first thing in the morning after weekend) manager noticed lock was cut ( or was it left opened for those ladies?) First thing first she called police and told them it’s more likely owners or someone they know took stuff. The craziest thing neither her nor police officers made it known to us nor phone call no email nothing about what had happened to our belongings. Next morning only we were told the story when stopped by to pay bill. NO SUE CASE FOR BURGLARY ITS ONE OF THEIR POINTS IN LEASE AGREEMENT THAT REMOVES ANY RESPONSIBILITY FROM THEM FOR GOODIES YOU STORE AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM. So be aware!!!! Still no apologies from management about the situation. Unbelievable in the very heart of Winter Garden during daylight someone dig through your stuff and hauling it from storage. THEY ALSO ABUSE LIEN LAW AND DONT FOLLOW IT AT ALL ESPECIALLY IF THEY SEE VALUE AT YOUR STORING GOODS. Be very careful better stay away from this place.

I recently helped my buddy move into a unit at Stoneybrook West Storage, and the customer service was outstanding. Anita and Marquis were both so friendly and helpful the entire time. Anita even offered us water while we were unloading, which was such a nice gesture and really appreciated.
They walked us through how to use the gate, made sure we knew exactly where the unit was, and answered all of our questions without rushing us. The property was very clean and well-maintained, which gave us a lot of confidence about storing belongings here.
Overall, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to the staff. I’d highly recommend Stoneybrook West Storage if you’re looking for a place that’s not only secure and clean but also has a team that truly cares about their customers.

Needed a Uhaul for a local move and Anita was absolutely amazing in her help to make sure that we had everything for the move. From the start to finish easiest move experience we have had. She was incredibly welcoming and encourage everyone to go here for supplies and small move trucks

I recently rented a U-Haul from this facility and was very impressed. Picking up the truck was a breeze. I was in and out in no time. The truck was clean and well-maintained. A huge part of what made my experience so positive was the incredible staff, especially Anita. She was truly outstanding. Her professionalism and wonderful demeanor made all the difference. I received great customer service, and I really felt like she cared about our needs and was committed to ensuring every detail was perfect. As an added bonus, I didn't even have to make an extra trip to Walmart for moving supplies because they had everything right there on site. I couldn't have been more satisfied!
