I have been banking with Truist a better part of 10 years. The Winter Garden Branch by far is the best. When I come into the branch I am always greeted with 2 big smiles form Amy and Rocio at the teller line. They are always pleasant, friendly, efficient & knowledgeable of Truist products. They have a caring spirit and almost always ask me about my family, kids, and grand kids. They always make me want to walk in the branch to say hello in person. Thank you ladies for caring.

The bank at 13520 West Colonial Dr has great bankers. The tellers there are helpful. Comarie is amazing! She was very helpful and had great customer service. The manager Carlos is very informative and does a great job at managing the branch!
