The waiting is hurrible. I never wait this long with other branches, example chase easy and less waiting time.

This bank does not know a thing about banking. I arrived today (at 1:00) almost 30 second before. I know it is my fault. However, the person in the bank was closing the outside door as I was getting out of my car. He looked me straight in the eye and continue to close the second set of doors. Not even sorry sir we are closed, do you have a quick question, the teller is closed but .... etc. The banking industry historically was the golden rule makers for courtesy and customer service, not in this branch. Very disrespectful and utter disregard to customer needs.

Have been a customer of Suntrust for 15 years. Ever since they started to become truist the service is horrible. It takes way longer for charges to show pending and to clear the account. Now I have unauthorized charges on my account. I was put on hold for 50 min and then the line was disconnected without ever being helped. When I called the branch back I was told even if I come into the branch we were still going to have to sit for at least 45 minutes on hold because they can't do anything. Time to close this account abd take my business elsewhere.

Alexandra Dicaro is by far the last person that should be assistant vice president, her lack of giving ANY customer service blows my mind. I have been with Suntrust 18 years and now am banking 1 block down at Chase. Total disrespect. They need to do some revamping at this location because her having the title she has most definitely gives her a BAD attitude. Mia helped my situation tremendously, thank you Mia.

Very disappointing as I have been in line for 30 minutes today and I called asked what was going on and they stated it was do to wire transfers and pandemic wow that is a shock but if you are in line and not moving any line then there is more issues than that. Like the correct people doing the job. And I have bank here for years just did not like this excuse.

Amazing service, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, even during this pandemic times they made my transaction a pleasant experience even though I had 3 different things going on and because of their stellar service I’m planning to move my business account to Suntrust.

Very sad about the decline of this branch. I have been a Suntrust customer since the 1980's. Since the merger with BBT, the quality of service has plummeted. It appears the new staff have come from that bank where customer service standards must be much lower. Very curt, rude and unhelpful management now, to say the least. On top of this, I got NO help with inquiries about the PPP loan program even though I have been a business customer for 20 years. I was told "just call customer service, we can't help you." If I did not have the (now) very difficult to obtain Delta Skymiles debit cards, I would 100% be leaving this bank.

This branch has no manners including the manager and all of its staff. I am a long customer of Suntrust and wanted to open up an additional account. The person on the phone is trained to create appointments only and drive the customer to the bank without givng any information like account types and rates. Very poor service.

Failing. And failing fast. SunTrust as a whole has gone downhill in the last several years. From banking errors, to loss of customer service. Fortunately for me, I still receive all of my paper statements. (At a hefty monthly fee of course) I'll be curious to see if anything changes after the blending of SunTrust and BB&T. After that, I'll (most likely) be on my way. It's like a bandaid... It's easier to just end it quickly; rather than slowly. Changing financial institutions may sting; true, however it will sting much less if properly planned ahead of time and done quickly.

Been banking with SunTrust for over a year now, and I absolutely love it. As a student, I get no fees for my checking account until I am done with school.
