Aladdin was very helpful in helping me set up my Wi-Fi 5G system and explain everything to me. I was very impressed with him and I'm going back in a couple days to buy a couple speakers.

Everything went great until I caved and had my new S21 Ultra delivered to the store. The rep didn't even ask me if I wanted to unbox it myself or anything.While I wasn't looking she just went to town unboxing and setting up my new phone by herself. It took an extra 45 minutes just to setup a new phone because she tried to do it herself instead of just letting me do it. I will never get a phone delivered to the store ever again.

Had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered a Samsung S 22 on Saturday, they didn’t have it in stock. Understandable, however, on Monday the store didn’t call me to notify me and it in the phone and been in, and when I went to the store, the phone wasn’t working at all. And that’s been an hour and a half for nothing. I didn’t want the store that I wanted to get a refund process, then I was informed by the T-Mobile corporate and I would have to pay for the down payment all over again. This is left me nothing but frustrated and aggravated and I was not told that when I got the shipping label that I would have to mail the phone back myself, I thought the store was going to take care of that since the original order was placed at the store and I requested that it be sent to the store. I still don’t have my refund of the $92 and I’m still trying to figure out how to get a new phone. Lotta miscommunication and confusion at this store.

I got out of Verizon hell.It took over 12 hrs in 3 weeks of signups, dropped calls tech support that never solved the problem 3 dropped calls during tech support after refresh and waiting.I went to T mobile store Amean was fast and nice to get me to the business rep Michel's. She was fast and quick getting my phones set up. Now we have service. And I can sleep again. THANK YOU!

If possible DO NOT GO ONTO THE STORE because it will take you an hour just to wait for someone to help you! They have to streamline these stores somehow because the wait times are just too long.
