I arrive at the Taco Bell about 40 minutes before closing, and when I pulled up to the window, the employee looked at me and said that he wasn’t going to serve me anything because he was shutting everything down for the night because he wanted to go home. If it were about 15 minutes before closing, normally I can understand, However, there was still plenty of time to reasonably get something off the menu and the thought of ordering anything wouldn’t be entertained. It was very frustrating and the last time I go back to this Taco Bell. Very disappointed with how they deal with customer service.

i don’t normally leave negative reviews but they intentionally say they are out of items, like quesadillas (it’s a tortilla and cheese) that they don’t want to make and i can hear them complaining to each other over their intercoms system.I witnessed multiple cars pull through the drive thru and leave visibly upset because they have been turned down. Judging from the other reviews this place has gotten, i don’t think management cares to make changes either.

I think this will be the last time I come to this particular Taco Bell. The service here is abysmal. With only one customer in the drive through it takes 15-20 minutes. The orders are never right, half the food is cold, and above all there's no sense of urgency. Everything is done with minimal effort across the board.I was hoping for something better. Out of all the fast food restaurants in Hamlin this is by far the worst one.Also, do not try to go into the lobby it's always locked.I'll check back in six months.

This place needs to get closed down and reopened with competent staff or not at all. Literally the bar for fast food is so low. Yet this location still manages to find darker depths of failure and incompetence to plumb. They don’t do drive thru half the time so we place a mobile order. Get there to pick it up but the doors are locked and employees won’t let us in. Finally another customer opened the door from inside. Employees screaming at each other, just literally refusing to work, honestly what is even going on at this location?

Slowest fast food place with the slowest workers. It took them 20 minutes to get one car its order in the drive through.

Never seem to get order correct, always out of something, whether it be syrup for drinks, sauce, whatever. Can’t seem to retain employees.The franchisees need to sell so that someone who knows how to operate at fast food business can do it properly.

whatever you do DO NOT waste your time going to this Taco Bell. I’ve had so many bad experiences with this specific location. The service is horrible and they take forever to get people their orders. The employees are careless and often shove food in the bag and spill the food everywhere and even forgot parts of the order. I’ve had many experiences where they close the inside at around 5:30 and won’t let anyone order in the drive through and only take mobile orders. They are so rude and it’s disgusting and unfortunate how they run the place. Sometimes they are quick but most of the time they just don’t put in effort to get you your order. Please don’t come to this Taco Bell. It’s a waste of time and money.

I was really excited about this place when it first opened because it’s my guilty pleasure fast food, but they’ve been scarily horrible. I tried placing a mobile order and then left to get it, pulled up to the speaker and get told that they canceled my order because they don’t have anything to make it. I thought it might be a one time thing, but they kept cancelling my orders. Aside from that, when they DO actually serve you, the food has been put together and packaged terribly. I’ve avoided this place for a hot minute and checked the reviews to see if it’s gotten any better, but sadly not :(

Hands down the dumbest group of people I've ever had to deal with. Takes an act of congress to get through the drive thru in less than 20 minutes, can't follow basic meal orders, always seems to be out of something. Taco bell should just shut this building down or hire a group of people that actually understand what FAST FOOD means. Save your money, go elsewhere

Not sure what happened here, but there seems to be an issue every time we go to this location. These burritos are the worst so far. But in the past they've been out of drinks, out of all lids for cups, I can't think of a time where we've been that they've been fully stocked

We placed our order directly thru the Taco Bell app. Not only did we over pay because this was a mobile order half of the items were missing. The bag was taped closed so the driver could not be blamed for the food being opened and all mixed up in the bottom of the bag.The most aggravating part is we only received half of the order and none of the sauces we requested. Person answering the phone kept hanging up on us.

At 3pm I attempted to grab a soda for my drive home. I was turned away from receiving service because there was only one person there and they were unwilling to work.

9:30pm. They wouldn’t let us order in the drive thru. Cars were blocking us from being able to move forward. We had to back up to get out of the drive thru lane. Horrible customer service.

The worst Taco Bell experience. Something about this location never lets you order through the drive thru. Only accepts mobile orders but you have to wait 30 minutes to come back and get the mobil order. Consistently receive poor service.
