Unfortunatedly is the only branch next to Clermont. They do not know the meaning of customer service. They do not greet customers. They have one teller assisting customers inside and out. I spoke to thw store manager and she can careless, she didnt call other employees who were just sitting around and didnt apologize for the wait. This branch needs customer service training Asap and they need to open more branches in winter garden and Clermont.

We used this bank in Brooklyn and were so excited to see a branch in Winter Garden!Every officer was and is amazing. All our information and history was in the network!They were especially sensitive to my family when my husband paseed.
