We used this bank in Brooklyn and were so excited to see a branch in Winter Garden!Every officer was and is amazing. All our information and history was in the network!They were especially sensitive to my family when my husband paseed.

What a great experience I had at this this bank! Michael the drive through teller so such help and kept me calm and helped me through what I needed to do. What a pleasant experience and he was so friendly and helpful.! I want to knowledge him more if there is any other way please let me know! Thanks! Further more it was my 1st time going here to this bank and definitely will be Coming back!

They never answer the phone. You go there and they will not see you without an appointment. How can you make an appointment if they don t answer their phones. I wasted a trip not to be seen. Drive 27 miles to this branch. Now I have to return in 3 days

I would give five stars but this place is doing things different than any other TD Bank I have been to I have been a TD Bank member for years and so has my family! So first is took a a few minutes for anyone to even notice I was there and I went through the drive-thru window, that wasn't too big of a deal I get it a lot of places are short staff right now. But then they had two different people come and do my transaction and that is a first at any bank I have ever been too!!!!! The reason I gave three stores instead of one is the first person who was a guy in a blue suit with a striped tie, he was nice and friendly and he started the transaction but then a girl who is not so friendly and barely said anything until I went to leave and I have a hearing issue I am death in one ear I was trying to tell her that because when she was talking I could not hear her at all! She barely talked to me all she wanted to know was if the transaction was over and have a great day pretty much is all she said. Not as nice as the first person or any other people that work at these Banks they at least say "can I help you with something else?" Or something similar to that where this girl just put the the banking statement into the drawer and infact didn't say anything until I picked it up! She didn't even come over and really say hi or anything she seemed more annoyed that I was there and she just wanted to be done with it and go. And I get it you're at work it may not be what you want to do but at least be polite, especially someone with any kind of impairment is trying to tell you that they're having trouble understanding you, hearing you etc...... Listen to them and help to communicate with them better it will make happy to come back and they will recommend the bank to other people! I will not be telling people to come back to this TD Bank, and I'm not coming back here either I'll choose another one to go too, I rather drive farther away for politeness and people that will actually speak loud enough that I can hear them and understand what they're saying. Worst TD Bank I've ever been to now I can see why it does not have a high rating that should have been a warning!

I am a new customer and I was having trouble the branch manager Sabrina and her coworker Kyle helped me out tremendously! I can’t thank them enough, they helped me through my frustration and went above and beyond!!! If I can give 10 stars I would.

Dishonest and untrustworthy...why they use the TD name I have no idea I am a TDAmeritrade customer and have been for years and there service is always great...so I decided to open a bank account with TD Bank...worst idea ever. 5months later I am closing my account! These people are crooks!

I would give it 0 stars if it would be possible...I came to my appointment to open an account,waited like 30 minutes in the branch and then one of them tells me that the bankers are very busy and i’m gonna have to reschedule...Another time after i managed to open in a different branch i had to wait 49 minutes at the drive thru to change the address on my account
