Every time I go to my local UPS store located in Flamingo Crossings in Winter Garden, FL they are friendly, efficient, and very helpful. I stopped by today and we were joking and laughing together, which is not an experience you get in most other places. I honestly look forward to shipping packages at this store!

I have shipped from here twice. Both times they were helpful. They have a computer you can use to print labels from Amazon. But it’s $5 to use the computer. Print pre paid labels in advance if you can. They also have a Disney cast discount (I think 5% off)

The staff were nice , the managers or owners were rude and don’t care about any potential customers. I brought a Segway PT in for transport. I prepared it for shipping per UPS specs. The item was bound securely & securely labeled. It is 105 lbs and compacts down to a 36 x 20 x 33 area and with the wheels exposed it easy maneuvers. Again staff Great , Management pathetic. Manager said I Refused it it may have gasoline in it, duh it’s electric !!! Next stick it in a cardboard box , duh, then it can’t roll. What a great way to injure a driver ! I took it to UPS in Davenport themselves they took it, they even thanked me , they explained those franchise guys don’t know what there talking about, they are green newbies , ups apologized for them and told me to avoid that particular store.l !!!!!!!!

EVERYONE in that location was extremely helpful and kind. Keivon was extremely personable funny and informative when it came to informing me of prices and shipping needs. Amazing staff with stellar service! I am grateful to have my items prepared and shipped from that location.

Staff was super efficient and they went out of their way to be kind to me and my son. My package was wrapped and the staff took the time to completely wrap it in tape so that the wrapping wouldn’t come off. 10/10!!! I will be returning

Everyone in the team of this store is very nice and enthusiastic. Every time we go to drop off packages (with children), they are very patient and give candies to the children. My children like them very much. Thank you.

Don't bother printing here if you just have to print a few pages. You will have to self service , pay five dollars and then be able to print. It was good before when we could send emails to ups store and print. Right now, just a rip off for printing.

I've visited this business on two occasions. The first time I brought in a box & a led 50" TV that was an Amazon return. They would not accept the QR code from my iPhone. I had to pay $5 to log onto their computer and print the label. They taped up the box for me and sent it to Amazon. The most recent visit I brought an item that I was approved to return to Amazon. Amazon's instructions stated (No box required = No charge - Print out and present Shipping Label). I was told the item needed to be placed in another box and they said (With an attitude of arrogance) that I needed to pay for the new box. I went out to my car and found that I still had the original box. I returned to the counter and was told that I needed to purchase a roll of tape and tape the box myself! I happened to not have cash or available $ on my debit card. Very frustrating - the customer service is horrible at this UPS Store. The employees snickered and appeared to take joy in my situation. I give this business Less than a Star review and will be happy to bring my returns to Whole Foods which offers No Box returns and they package your Amazon return for you no questions asked. Amazon has been notified about this business and the horrible customer service.
