My boyfriend and I went in to get pedicures done. We waited nearly an hour in the chairs before they started on mine. We were fine because we weren't in any hurry. I picked my gel polish and she started on my toes. She asked if I wanted them cut shorter and I said yes. She cut them and they were clearly uneven but I assumed she would file it when she squared it. That didn't happen. One big toe was round and the other was lumpy because she didn't file it down evenly. She proceeded to paint them and and put the light to bond them. When she applied the top coat and put the light on to bond, she never checked to see if there was any mistakes or anything. When we got to the car something didn't feel right on my toe. The top coat bonded onto my skin on one big toe, no big deal but to remove it, removed some of the gel polish and the job looked bad. I wasn't happy and we had already been there too long for me to go back and sit for them to fix all the mistakes. Just won't go back.

My wife and I have been going here for 10 years or more. Sarah and Jo are the best!! My mother moved here 3 years ago and they take great care of her even after her stroke. They do get busy but every one is very friendly, the service is great. You may have to wait at times if they get busy or if you don't have an appointment. But it's a comfortable environment and they give the services equal for the money charged. We get a mani pedi on a regular basis. The chairs are comfortable. I get waxed and have no issues. When we first went there was someone else managing the shop not Sarah and the atmosphere was not as good as it is now. I'm not sure why you see some of these negative complaints. My wife got a French here for years. I have seen the custom work they do for many repeat customers. Check it out for yourself. It's not a day spa, it's a nail salon.
