I will say Traywicks is the real deal! I went in to have my alternator and serpentine belt replaced and the gave me a fair and reasonable quote for a new and manufactured part! I’m glad I went because the process was smooth and I felt comfortable. I’m happy I went and my car is back on the road! Got a nice holiday candle from them :) ….. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a valve cover gasket leak that caused my spark plug to erode. It was pricy to repair. Instead of replacing the gasket the entire cover was replaced due to a plastic cover from original manufacturing. I felt the price was worthwhile for ease of mind and convenience. The app they use to explain issues and photos was clear, and they are very kind on the phone. I believe I was dealing with Nick, who was very informative. My car is now operating smoothly. Their oil change cost was a little crazy, almost $120 for oil, filter and fuel additive. I decided to do this myself for about $40. I’d still recommend this mechanic shop to friends and will go back should I encounter future issues.

This is my second time to this garage and I wouldn't go anywhere else for tires or wheel alignment. They did a great job, the price is good and they are trustworthy. I definitely recommend them

I have been going to John and the crew for years. It's so hard to find an auto mechanic business you can trust and puts in the work, but Traywicks does it. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer for over 5 years, I have always received very good service, and always with great honesty in diagnosing the problems with my cars, many times I thought it was necessary to change something and they themselves said, it is not the right time yet, wait a little longer, in addition to the price always being better than the competition.

I moved here a few years ago and have been looking for a good mechanic shop in the Winter Garden area. I have been to a couple now but none have been nearly as good as Traywick’s. I had a great experience here. Friendly staff, good labor rates, did great work, made sound recommendations and did not try to upsell. On the whole, I was really happy with the experience and plan to bring my vehicle back for all future repairs.

John and his team at Traywick's have always taken good care of our personal vehicles. In addition, I have started taking our fleet vehicles form work to Traywick's. Everything from a ford Escape to an F-250. There's never an issue and the care is superb.

I've taken both of my cars here for the past four or five years and their team always provides top tier service. They always help me find the best and cheapest option when it comes to parts and tires, and I've never had an issue show up afterwards. The staff is very chill and hard-working.
Props to John for always attending me no matter what, EVEN if it's last minute. He's a kind, honest and transparent man when it comes to communication and explains everything in a way that I can understand. They've saved me and my wallet a ton of times, they have all my loyalty for sure

I don’t trust this shop. After seeing good reviews, I recommended my daughter to come for her AC problem. I already checked freon pressure and it was ~45 psi on the low side so freon shouldn’t be low. However when my daughter brought the car there, she got a text from John saying that freon was low and he needed to pump freon to run diagnostics and it would cost $345 for the freon itself. I know r1234yf is new and expensive but the car freon was full, there’s no need to pump more. I called and told him so. He knew I already did my homework so he rudely told me to take it somewhere else since he didn’t know what to tell me….. well yes we will take it somewhere else.
