Extremely unprofessional service and managing. Made an appointment with the salon and waited for 45 minutes without any information. When asked if I could be seen at the time my appointment was, I was told I would have to reschedule because the stylist had another appointment with someone else approaching. Absolutely No respect for people’s time at all, allowing them to sit there knowing they couldn’t honor an appointment.

So I went to Ulta to get some makeup to do for my aunt’s graduation. The staff on the floor was really nice. The young lady at the register was just rude. I was having issues with my phone for some reason my phone froze so I was unable to pay, but the young lady just gave me such a nasty attitude for no reason while I explained to her that I was having issues with my phone. I eventually went to my car and grabbing my card and I was able to pay and leave . She just seems like she wanted me out of the store for whatever reason I would never visit Ulta again in Florida at least not that location.

This store really needs to work on having items in stock. They are literally always out of lots of things. Makeup, perfume etc.
I don't even know why they sell Mac, so much of it has been out of stock for the longest, but yet I drive to the Altamonte Ulta and everything I need is there.
The customer service is subpar. There's a lady who looks like she's going to a sock hop that works there and she's not helpful at all and was slightly rude.
Also, the travel size perfume case looks a mess.

Extremely unprofessional. They made me drive all the way over to the salon just to say my appointment was canceled. No phone call, no text message, absolutely no heads up. Wasted gas and time. The manger that came out and spoke to me was extremely rude. Excused me of walking away from her when in reality I was upset that I wasn’t able to get any help. She told me to never come back. I will never return.

I arrived at Ulta in Winter Garden on Daniels Road at 8:25. The door was locked. The store hours say they are open till 9 PM. I knocked and the two girls inside the store totally ignored me. I knocked again, they ignored me again and turned off the lights. Didn’t even give me the time of day to explain to me if the store hours were different. I’m just going by the hours on the door. I knocked again and yelled excuse me, i got her attention and she said we close at 8. I said it says 9 o’clock, she said go online. Worst experience I have had in a long time.

Horrible customer service waited there for 20 minutes & no one was able to help me get matched, but there were plenty of employees they were just too busy gossiping instead of helping customers out.Finally I found someone that could assist, she had short black hair. I asked the difference between two products & she said "i dont know" and just walked away.No one wants to work in that store! So I left & went next door to Macy's & bought the products I needed, let me tell you the customer service was amazing! Will not be going back to Ulta.

Made the Biggest deal abt getting my Birthday gift for June , and I purchased a shampoo and wanted to exchange it 5 min later, and the lady asked me if I had used it omg "yea I used it in your store lol ? what has happened to this Store completely has gone Downhill !! Get a New manager in there or something

This branch is much nicer compared to others in the Orlando area. This one seems cleaner. I am always impressed with the increased selection, and there are always a lot of helpful staff available for questions. The people who work here are very nice. Fernanda and Angelina were great and helped me select a nice cologne, but weren’t pushy or anything which is nice. This is so convenient to have in our shopping plaza!

I came to this ulta on 6/6 in the evening and when I was being checked out, the sales manager Sam was my cashier. She was very rude when asking for my phone number to look up my account and then made me feel like it was my fault that there were 2 accounts under my name ( this is because the first time one of their associates made me an ulta account they entered my name wrong, i asked them to fix it and I was told that they did…. clearly not.) Anyways, I just thought it was very rude the way that she took care of me and it surprised being that she is the “sales manager.” Everyone else in the store was so nice though! But jeez she was so mean!
