update!! owner has responded and totally appreciate his response... it's disappointing to find out that amazon does not cover the cost of boxes for the ups stores for returns. a suggestion (from a customer who uses both amazon and ups) would be signage stating that in the store to avoid confusion for future customers. thanks for clarifying!! sooo just shipped/returned two boxes to amazon today at the ups store near publix in winter garden. i'm a regular and return things via ups probably 5-6 times a year... i've been in this ups many times for both amazon shipping and personal shipping and for the most part -- they're pretty good. always friendly... including today!! kristen waited on me today and was friendly and professional -- however, i had a receipt from amazon that showed i shouldn't be charged for a box but she was gonna charge me... period!! and i wanted to get these two boxes shipped in the same larger box -- so i paid $10! what a flipping ripoff!! so they're getting double paid today!! my review is 2* -- the extra star is because she was nice/professional or it would've been 1*. and i'm writing a review to warn anyone if you're using ups for amazon and you have multiple boxes for one barcode make sure you save the original box it came in or you'll be charged as well... unless you have a nicer employee or friendlier ups store!!

Careful with this store. I shipped some documents with them that were "second day air UPS" and they charged me ~$44. I went online to see how much it would cost if I had printed the label myself from home, and it was only $17 for the same thing. I dont know how they got to charge me so much in the store! My receipt says "no returns no refunds or exchanges" , so I am leaving this review to help others to save money. PURCHASE YOUR LABEL ONLINE WHEN POSSIBLE!

Long story short, when I had a issue with an Amazon drop off return the people at this UPS store were very helpful in helping me get it resolved. They went above and beyond what they really should be expected to do. I greatly appreciate it and that means the world in today's business arena!

Made and appointment for notary 2 days ahead. Arrived to a sign that said no notary available, and that they emailed me an hour before my appointment. They had actually emailed their own system and I was never notified.

I've visited this business on two occasions. The first time I brought in a box & a led 50" TV that was an Amazon return. They would not accept the QR code from my iPhone. I had to pay $5 to log onto their computer and print the label. They taped up the box for me and sent it to Amazon. The most recent visit I brought an item that I was approved to return to Amazon. Amazon's instructions stated (No box required = No charge - Print out and present Shipping Label). I was told the item needed to be placed in another box and they said (With an attitude of arrogance) that I needed to pay for the new box. I went out to my car and found that I still had the original box. I returned to the counter and was told that I needed to purchase a roll of tape and tape the box myself! I happened to not have cash or available $ on my debit card. Very frustrating - the customer service is horrible at this UPS Store. The employees snickered and appeared to take joy in my situation. I give this business Less than a Star review and will be happy to bring my returns to Whole Foods which offers No Box returns and they package your Amazon return for you no questions asked. Amazon has been notified about this business and the horrible customer service.

Just walked, greeted immediately and within seconds the staff member took my boxed up shoes and prepaid label then tco’ed everything. He then gave me a confirmation slip and thanked me! Perfect, as it should be! Thank you, Nathan for running such a great operation!! ??
