I just had a great experience at this UPS location and it was all thanks to Bill. He was friendly and had a good sense of humor. He helped me with multiple Amazon returns and even sang a few Christmas songs to keep things light. He kept the line moving the whole time and with a friendly attitude. You’re awesome, Bill!

Above and beyond service. Patri was amazing, she followed up and made sure my last minute presentation was ready for pickup when they open. Can’t thank them enough.

This Location is the BEST! I've been to several, and this location has the best customer service. Chuck and Adrian have helped my wife and I several times, and they always follow through. They also try to keep the wait time to a minimum! THIS IS MY UPS STORE!
