It’s interesting to read that others have had a good experience with Bill. Both times I have been in there he has been extremely grumpy and rude to everybody. Extremely unprofessional. If you don’t want to be triggered or feeling like you are a huge imposition for being there, then don’t go when Bill is working.

I just had a great experience at this UPS location and it was all thanks to Bill. He was friendly and had a good sense of humor. He helped me with multiple Amazon returns and even sang a few Christmas songs to keep things light. He kept the line moving the whole time and with a friendly attitude. You’re awesome, Bill!

Staff is always rude, especially the older guy. He huffs and puffs nearly rolls his eyes when you drop off packages. Doesn’t even speak to you will say nothing and stare you down. Lines out to the street. Prepaid packages can’t wait 20 minutes for you to just take it from our hands. Everyone in the area complains about this location. The indian lady is nice and helpful. We avoid coming here whenever possible but it’s close and convenient but can’t figure out what the constant attitudes are for. My guess is the only reason people come back here is because it’s the only option in horizon west. But they seem completely to do their job and have any baseline level of professionalism or courtesy.

This Location is the BEST! I've been to several, and this location has the best customer service. Chuck and Adrian have helped my wife and I several times, and they always follow through. They also try to keep the wait time to a minimum! THIS IS MY UPS STORE!

I ship UPS and USPS packages often and they’re the only UPS location in the area that doesn’t have a drop off bin for USPS packages. Instead, they make you wait in line to hand them the package and proceed to grunt, moan, and mumble about the package being USPS. If it is such a problem, why do you accept them? I have no issues at the other locations, just the store in Hamlin. And apparently they’ll only accept “small” USPS packages, which isn’t a problem at any other location. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere, where I don’t feel like I’m an inconvenience for using their services.

Sent an important package out with their certified service, close to $15. All they did was hand it over to USPS in Orlando a full WEEK LATER (they said it would take 5 days to arrive, which was a lie). Save yourself the hassle just use USPS for anything important.

Some of the employees are nice (the older woman), but Chuck has been rude multiple times that I have visited. He will mumble to himself and today stated “this is ridiculous” and “we need less Amazon deliveries” because the line was long. It makes you feel bad for just bringing a package or Amazon return in. Will try to go to other locations if I can.

Serious question- why are the two older guys who work here always rude and angry? Annoyed with every customer. Like we're bothering you. Don't like accepting amazon package returns all day?? Then don't work here. I don't know if these are the owners but it's completely unacceptable behavior. Not difficult to be nice or at the very least- suck it up and do your job!
