i have tried to give this post office grace. i understand they are busy and probably understaffed, however, i spent over an hour calling the post office over and over trying to figure out where a package was (the package is worth over $250) only for them to never answer. why have a phone if you aren’t going to answer it? the only reason im give 2 stars is for the one lady with short hair who has always been lovely.

Terrible service. They never answer the phone. They can’t deliver mail to the right address.

Awful service. Tried to send a letter and the employee basically force me to use the self-service machine (I don’t really know why they couldn’t manage it on the regular work station as they regularly do). Also tried to send a small box and was instructed to “go back home, place the contents in a bigger box and come back”, even tho’ the box in question was not deteriorated.

Always, always so professional and thorough and explaining various options available! I drive a distance out of my way to use this post office because of the great staff, the retail items for sale and the excellent services provided!

Horrible attitude. The employee was terribly condescending to me and others he was serving. He refused me service twice before I just gave up and left. The USPS has become a mockery.

Worst shipping company!!! They lost my package all the time! Probably this is the 10th time now. My husband went to this location earlier today and spoke to one of the branch manager regarding my missing package. She said she’ll come with one of the couriers to check what was going on since in our are there are so many missing packages!!! Also, their reason all the time was “THEY ALWAYS HAVE NEW COURIERS” Don’t you train your people? Or just pick someone on the street and call it a day? They saw my multiple service requests regarding my missing packages and she said my recent one they sent me an email. But I never receive any emails from them. They love to lie in front of your face!!! Why is this shipping company still exist? They are the worst of the worst!!!

Unbelievable! They knocked on my door and left a note saying I wasn’t home — for a delivery that required a signature. I rushed to open the door, but they were already gone!

They really need to stop wasting our tax dollars on this place, how do you pay for a po box and cant receive your mail. U ask them about your mail and they LIE to u in your face instead of saying they dont know. I am so appalled that this place is still open

Lost the key to my mailbox in my community, only USPS can change it and it was confined by asking the office In my community. Been to this USPS in winter garden ATLEAST 9 different times and they’ve giving me a different excuse every single time or given me the run around telling me they would come out this week, next week, the next day or the story that the guy who changed the key serviced the whole winter garden so it takes time, were in March of 2025 and I’ve still haven’t gotten my P.O. Box changed, I told them I was moving the last week of February and that I needed it changed but they gave me the same runaround story that it would get done that week. So now the new home owners are calling me daily asking when I’m getting the lock changed, this is beyond ridiculous and I will be there tomorrow to speak to a higher up manager

As a new resident of Winter Garden, I must say that the staff at this post office are the most friendly and helpful people I have met since moving here! Well done!
