Worst experience I’ve ever had in 25+ years of getting my nails done. I’m on my way to get an entire new pedicure, merchant won’t refund money. I filed a dispute with the card company and was able to get my money back but it was a waste of my very little free time and so disappointing that in such a small community someone thinks they can take advantage of people with bad service. Clearly, by seeing the rest of the reviews, they’re only monopolizing on being the only walk in nail salon because other people have had equally terrible experiences there. Poor nail techs deserve a better environment to work in, the good ones are being drowned out by the ones they hire to make a quick buck.

First and last time we went to this place. The name is too big for it, when you look at the menu you see one price and when you go to pay everything is completely different, they even charge you for water that they never offered you, it seems like the rent is killing them and please clean up a bit because everything is really disgusting.

Had a really amazing experience at Venetian!! The atmosphere was very clean and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and professional too. They listened carefully to my description and got exactly what I wanted. My friends were all asking about where I did my nails??. I then recommend Venetian to them. I also highly recommend this place to anybody who looks for a top-notch nail services!!

This nail spa is great if you find a certain nail tech that is good at the job. Cleanliness can be a problem, i’m not sure if they auto clave their instruments, sometimes I do see certain technicians using other nail files that they have used on other clients. The health, inspector visited this salon, one day, and I believe they found a few issues. If they have other clients, and it is a busy day, they will try to hurry and do your nails, which is not acceptable, especially if you had an appointment. Other than that, the atmosphere is very friendly and inviting! Update: So sad, went to my regular nail salon for mani & pedi, I noticed they did not use cuticle softener, no flip flops and no water sanitizer. Paid $66 and I got a nail polish change basically ? not going back!

A co worker and I went after work to get a pedicure. Our service was rushed despite the lack of clients that were there on a Tuesday at 4pm. They didn't put my feet in the water until after the shaping and digging. The hot towels were luke warm at best. Then we were rushed to the drying area. When we went to pay, workers were handing us their phones. We went from nobody really caring we were there to about 4 people at the desk at the same time. Our nail technicians kept trying to upsell and we explained that it was our first visit. We will not be repeat customers.

Very bad experience that I had today at this place...they charged me more than usual for the same nails service that I always received there, when I asked for the receipt the person(young man) on the front desk told me that they have no paper to print it...Another person who was near show him a paper roll ,when I asked him again for my receipt he told me that he can't print it and that's it!.....I'll never come back to this location!!!

Got cellulitis from dirty tools - even though I asked 3x did you sterilize and the technician kept saying yes.

This was the fastest pedicure ever not in a good way. I had the shortest massage, person was rude, got testy he couldn't find my color, just sent me to the dry station - never been here before & had no clue where it was. Because I don't get a "special" higher priced pedicure, I got lousy service. So many seats empty and he wanted me to sit in one with a ripped backrest. Too many other salons to choose from- won't be back! Not the cleanest either.

Don't waste your time and money on this place. The first time I went I got a gel pedicure and it last 8 weeks. I went again on May 8 for a mani and pedi. ( 2 days before my birthday). it hasn't even been a week and it's growing out. I called up today and tried to explained what happened and was told by the woman who answered the phone that it's not her fault my nails grow quickly. I told her that was not the case and she proceeded to scream at me. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She claimed she was the manager and owner. I find it hard to believe. I don't know of a manager who would treat a customer the way I was treated. She only stopped screaming when I told her I was writing a review.

Don't go to this place. They paint my nails very separate to the skin so for sure I have to come back a week later. The lady didn't clean the skin around my nail and the paint was crack every where when a When to the store the owner told me that they can fix only the Crack paint and clean a little the skin around. I told him how can you fix only 4 or 5 nails if the other already grow and he said the lady will paint the nail separately to the skin to match with the other ones. I was very upset because I pay to keep my nails beautiful at least for two weeks.

I have tried other nail salons in the area and this is my favorite. Davis is wonderful and always does a great job for my SNS dip nails. I tip well for good service which so far they are deserving of it.
