My on and off button on my phone was not working properly. The young man was able to diagnose the problem quickly and I was on my way in a timely fashion. I was very pleased. No pressure to buy a new phone, which was pleasant surprise

Entered the store at 2pm today and entered the queue. After 90 minutes and it was finally our turn, I was immediately informed that they don’t carry the iPhone we wanted to upgrade to. They could have actually asked us a couple of questions after signing us in versus completely wasting our time. I won’t be back and I’ll share my experience with others. I should have looked at the reviews before coming here.

I just switched to Verizon at this location and was helped by Josh, who was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Josh made the process easier than I expected and I’m glad I came here!

The customer service at this location is far below the threshold of what should be acceptable. I came into the store on 4/19/24 for a simple upgrade to a S24 ultra that turned into me making 5 trips back to the store with zero consideration for my time and money. 1st visit I purchased the phone and explicitly ask for the phone not to be activated to which the rep assured me it was not activated only for me to find out when I arrived at my office building that they in fact did activate the phone and not even with my correct number. That issue required 2 additional trips to correct the problem costing me half a day of work. At that point I choose not to trade my phone and was told I had 30 days to bring it if I choose to claim the trade in credit of $800 for my note 20 ultra. I returned back to the store on 5/17 deciding to trade the phone in only to met by a very rude representative that literally told me to call customer service if I wanted to trade my phone and claim my credit without even attempting to check my account and verify I was actually within my 30 day period. After I asked him several times to check the date he then confirmed that I was still eligible to trade my phone in but said it would only be $400 because I didn't have a add-on to my business plan to get the full $800. Being treated subpar by store personal is unacceptable especially when I followed the guidelines set out by Verizon. In the end I returned the s24 ultra and returned back to my old note 20 purely off the fact that I was treated so poorly at this store by the gentleman working the morning shift on 5/17/24 10am I didn't catch his name otherwise I would have gladly placed his name in this review. The loss of my sale and me looking to move all 5 of my lines to another carrier is solely based on my interaction with that gentleman. Do your shopping online store reps lack the customer service capacity to provide an enjoyable experience.

Went to the store to pick up my phone orders from Online the store was full and the manager I believe helped me out while he helped a staff member and his own customer he took care of me I was in and out in 15 mins. Love the service their reps have nice friendly and helpful. They never try and sell you extra stuff you don’t need and they listen to you and your needs instead of just throwing the most expensive thing at you. Only Verizon store in Verizon I go to.

Went to purchase a new unit. Salesman sold me the new phone and rushed me out since they were closing in 30 minutes. I have attempted 3 times to visit location with no luck. They all say something different and obviously dont care about customers. Staff has the worse customer service I have seen in a long time. They will not greet you or even acknowledge your presence. Bad management and even worse team members. Now I have to call the customer service hot line and figure out the return process on my own.

this is one of the VERY few trustworthy Verizon stores in central Florida (trust me, I’ve unfortunately had to camp out in all of them for the past year due to an insane hacking/stalking campaign I’ve yet to be free of and can attest to the rest being menacingly dishonest to a criminal degree). The guys who work here (Gerson, Mike, and Chris) are honest, helpful, and genuinely want to do whatever it takes to fix the issue you came in with without any shady questionable behavior that defines Verizon as a company everywhere else. They came the closest to getting me out of the virtual hell I’ve lived in for a year and counting. I could tell they did all they could, which is exponentially more than I can say for any other Verizon location and Verizon as a whole since my hackers have enjoyed full access to my devices, account, and phone number that I myself have not had for a solid 12 months now—on my dime. In short, if you must choose Verizon, go to this location to be treated with honesty and integrity by a great team the rest can learn from.

We were visiting FL and had a cell phone issue come up. This is the best Verizon I've been to in a long time. No wait, professional friendly staff and plenty of them. Wish we had one like this where I live.

Very dishonest employee!!!!Pretended to cancel a router for internet that did NOT have any coverage in my house, 5 minutes away and told me a return box would come to my house within 2 days. He never canceled the free first month trial router, the return box never came. When I dropped off the router at the store he refused it and told me if I left it it would be my loss. I left it with a sticker with my name and number on it. Took a picture as evidence. Left and filed a complaint with Verizon. They were outraged by his lack of prodessionalism and gave me a credit in compensation!!!!
