I live in Horizon West and this is the closet Victoria Secret to us. It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location and the one time I come back I experience a problem. I walked in the Pink side and was not greeted by the women who looked back at me. Later a Caucasian woman walked in and she was greeted immediately. Later maybe 1 minute later my mom walked in and the same lady looked back and she did not greet my mother! I later then confronted her and her excuse was that we walked in the store so fast, which wasn’t true at all! I later talked to the manager and another sweet lady and apologized for what she did. I really hope you guys talk to this individual because I bet she does this to other people.

I haven’t been to this location for a while, but this weekend I stopped by and was assisted by Roxy from Uzbekistan. She is a very lovely lady and attentive employee! I think it would benefit the business if everyone dressed the way she did! I very much appreciated her advice! I remember the times when VS was all about femininity and beauty…..

Victoria’s Secret sells gifts. Who bought gifts needs bags for the gifts. At this store did not have bags for gifts. This makes no sense! How a store sells gifts without bags!!!

Terrible retail store. Awful customer service. Martina, a “Manager” has zero communication skills and no human empathy. She is the exact type of person I would never want running anything in my own business. Treated my 34 week pregnant wife like she was trash and some sort of criminal. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Hour on the phone recording, yelp and their website state that they open at 10:00. It is now 10:30, people are trying the doors then walking away. Which is what I am doing.

Terrible return policy!I received their 5/$30 underwear as a gift.Unfortunately, the size was wrong. Went to the Winter Garden location to simply exchange for a different size. I wanted the exact same underwear, but smaller. The girl at the register told me she could not exchange these without a receipt. I explained they were a gift so I didn’t have it. She told me if I wanted to exchange it she would have to give me redline pricing on the underwear, which came out to less than three dollars each. so now I’m stuck with a gift of underwear that I’ll never wear because I’m not taking less than three dollars for each one.Also somebody please tell me when the underwear is ever priced below three dollars! Unreal! Won’t be shopping anywhere that has a return policy like this ever again.

The only downside to this location is that so many people frequent it, that when there is a sale, there's hardly any merchandise left to pick from. The staff is always polite and ready to help. The fitting rooms and store are always clean.

I love how this location feels like a boutique compared to the other locations in the area. Customer service was excellent. I was able to get in and out with ease. My only complaint would be the walk way space. I definitely couldn’t go in with my stroller, which is truly unfortunate.

Usually prefer to order online but we stopped in when we were in the area. The store was clean, the staff helpful, and they were fully stocked! Found some great deals.
