Went in for vaccines and the process was flawless. Had made our appointment on line and had filled out the paper work. It made everything go super fast and easy. The pharmacist took us into the little medical room and the shots were administered expertly. Pharmacist super friendly and professional. Highly recommend for any vaccine.

Typical terrible service. Brought a Rx in for transfer in person, it was never done and not ordered so I was forced to take it somewhere else after being in auto attendant hell for 20 minutes.

Convert 10 years and I can say the customer service still is good I can still use my discount because I am partial retired what stores sell empty still got to ring the bell to get to a cashier prices still the same Walgreens will always be a family home

To enhance the customer experience, I recommend renovations to both the interior and exterior of the store to create a more inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, extended pharmacy wait times suggest a need to increase staffing levels to improve service efficiency and address apparent staff fatigue.

Please save yourself the frustration and consequences from using this absolutely incompetent pharmacy.Today was the 2nd and last time I'll try to use their services. Called to double check when I could pick up my prescription and the lady said anytime after 3:30. I showed up at 5:30. Not only was it not ready they couldn't even tell me when it would be. Corporate should look into this pharmacy

Don’t come here for a COVID PCR test… so unorganized, slow, and inaccurate timing - not to mention no where to put the long line of cars. People parked all over trying to claim a spot in line which was causing arguments between others. They could do a better job of spacing out appointments so not everyone is crowding in at once. Avoid this location…trust me! Plenty of other pharmacies and testing centers in the area that are more organized.

Needed medication, checked times on webpage and Google - said open to midnight. Had my Dr send the script. Arrived at 1045 at night and the Pharmacy was closed. Talked to store manager he said they lost power the day before and thinks it reset their hours. WHAT? how would that change your webpage and google? Lost my business.

Pharmacy staff is rude and not helpful! This has been my usual pharmacy but I no longer recognize any of the pharmacy employees. There seems to be a fairly new staff, including the pharmacist, and I have had issues with every rx ever since they started.

I have been using this pharmacy for years. The pharmacists are excellent and very helpful. Why only 1 star? Because the pharmacy staff/ technicians are the most rude they have ever had and they sound like the customers are always bothering them. This location use to have some of the nicest and most competent pharmacy staff but no longer.Maybe Walgreens should have the sales person in cosmetics train these young women. Or better yet..Why not send them to Charm School?? Get staff that can support these great pharmacists.
