Please someone has to do something….THE SERVICE IN THE PHARMACY IS BAD. The store is empty, the manager is cleaning outside, one lady in the front counter and pickup. The clients who need to pickup their medicine, are waiting in a long line for service. When the manager was told about the situation and wanted better service. He and a lady in the pharmacy gave me more than enough reasons of why the service is bad but still argued with me. 1. Not enough employees 2. They don’t get hours to work. Why do I have to stay quiet because the manager knows they are giving a poor customer service.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PHARMACY!The pharmacist is the worst ever, they do not care about your health, and will tamper with your prescription so they wouldn’t have to deal with your insurance.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Have been trying to get a prescription from them for 4 days. Up until a few hours ago their app said it was delayed. Now it says they have cancelled a prescription from my doctor. I called the pharmacy they said it was on back ordered. So I said how can you cancel the prescription, all they would say is that they should of called me. How is this right? What kind of a pharmacy is this?

DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FROM THIS WALGREENS! They steal out of the package. I took an iphone there last week that i was trading in to apple. The girl who scanned it knew it was going to apple. They got the box yesterday and it was empty. I am positive the person who scanned it stole the phone out of it. When i called the manager to ask if they would watch their cameras to see what happened he blew me off totally and just said "we didn't do it". That makes me think he was in on it as well. I will NEVER go to this Walgreens again and I filed a compliant with their corporate office.

Walgreens in winter garden on Colonial & 535 has the worst service in history of Walgreens, today is June 15th I was in hold 33 minutes before anyone came on, they put you on hold with this noise not Music, Corporate should talk to manager about this problem, they should get help or close the damn store, 35 minutes just to check on a prescription. Ridiculous, I have visit other Walgreens & they are more helpful & professional service, this is ridiculous,

Asked if they could fill a pet prescription from my vet and they said yes. Waited an hour and a half and they told me they needed some DEA number from the vet. I got my vet on the phone and she told the pharmacist it was at the top right of prescription. Pharmacist and tech would not fill and told me my vet didn’t understand anything and wouldn’t listen.Summary - do not bring your pet prescriptions here. Went to Publix pharmacy and they filled immediately no questions asked.

They temporarily closed the pharmacy but so far have neglected to let anyone know or move the prescriptions to open locations. My pet has been missing his Rx for over a week now.

Today I have to stop taking my pills for high blood pressure because they can't give me them until the 17th and today is the 14th, which means that whoever did the refill couldn't have made a mistake second time than at the Walgreens on 3600 Vinelan They do what they want and I have to waste time, I better change my pharmacy

Walgreens did it again. They shut another pharmacy on the weekend without notifying the customer. Good bye Walgreens. Never using you again. I can't transfer my prescriptions until this store reopens on Tuesday. It's a holiday weekend and I had meds to pick up that were needed now! So so so unprofessional! Ugh. I don't have words to describe my total disgust for your lack of professionalism!!!

This was probably a one-off incident at the Pharmacy section of the 3600 Winter Garden Vineland location, but I thought I should make mention of it.I had a 12:00 noon appointment to do a covid booster shot at the pharmacy section. I got there about five to 10 minutes before and there was one gentleman before me. After he received a clipboard from the man working behind the register, I was next. This employee, who did not look like a pharmacist since he did not wear scrubs, was very nice but had some trouble finding my reservation/registration. After believing he found my name, he said to please wait while he had to do some paperwork and then I had to do paperwork.Sitting down for about 10 to 15 minutes, the other customer before me was helped when a young woman in scrubs came out. That customer had his shot and he was soon off. Maybe it would have been nice if that young woman acknowledged me and inquired if I was waiting for a shot. Anyway, I continued to wait still not receiving any guidance or clipboard for fill out paperwork.It was about 12:20 when I stood up at the register again. The first employee, after servicing about 3 customers for prescription pickups, apologized for my wait and said he would check on it. He went behind my line of sight of the counter and was talking to the pharmacists that worked there. He came back out and apologized again and said it would be a few more minutes.A few minutes later, I went back to him to inquire about something else. I asked if there was some gift card I would receive after the shot. He chuckled and said he never heard of that before. I said okay and sat down and waited again.It was a little after 12:30 when I decided I better just leave.My wife made the appointment on her work portal. In that portal application connecting to Walgreens, she filled out the questionnaire so there should not be a need for any more paperwork. By booking through the work's portal, my family was to receive the Walgreens gift card.Again, this situation was inconvenient and it was an awkward 45 minutes. The man behind the register was pleasant but probably could have used more training or more support from the pharmacists. This was not a really bad incident but I'm writing this so others could be aware and not wait so long before speaking up, or perhaps make an appointment at a different location.

Employees take their time and slowly attend to customers at the drive-thru window. Most are NOT trained to deal with public so why would they be allowed to work in a customer service position? The pharmacy only has one employee, older gentleman with glasses, who knows how to talk to people. Today (Thursday) at 12:20PM, I had the tremendous displeasure of dealing with a young girl at the drive-thru window who acted like a government employee; as in, "I don't care if I do my job or not, nobody's going to fire me." I've been here many times and she's the first one who could not hear anything. Then, I asked her to look something up on the computer and she rolled her eyes.If I'm able to switch my pharmacy through my insurance, I'd not hesitate a bit. I know lack of customer service is a Florida thing, but, these major chain stores really and truly need to pay more attention to employee training.

Very friendly staff and always fully stocked shelves. They have a pharmacy as well as a drive thru prescription window
