I recently had a wonderful experience at the Walgreens pharmacy thanks to Essence. She was incredibly polite, kind, and went out of her way to be helpful. Her assistance made my visit smooth and stress-free. It's clear she genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you, Essence, for making my day easier.
She is the only person in the pharmacy i would want to work with!

I am surprised about all the bad reviews. I have never had anything but great experiences. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a bit, but that is the same everywhere. The manager has always been very helpful answering all of my questions, so yes, I am happy about the service.

Went to pick up pain meds after surgery and my insurance company transmission was down. Kristin, the pharmacy manager was about to go on break so it was easier for her if I just paid the $25 and submit to my insurance for reimbursement. That is not a fun process and quite frankly, I pay $600 a month for insurance so they can cover me. Kristin was rude and more concerned about going on her break than assisting me. She was rude and not helpful. Ben, the Operations Manager stepped in and made it right, but if she’s the Pharnacy Manager, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Don't ever get your medications here. I had a manufacturer coupon which worked last year and was valid for this year that they refused to accept for this year and I was forced to pay for the medication out of pocket when with the coupon it should have been free. I am now looking for another pharmacy company to take my prescriptions too. I have gone as far as filing a complaint with corporate because they were so rude yesterday at the pharmacy

Curbside pick up. When I arrived, someone was parked in the only spot reserved for curbside pick up and the spot next to it was occupied so I parked on the third spot. When my items came, the person who parked in the wrong spot, also came out but the employee decides to speak to me about being in the wrong spot, and that if that right spot is occupied park in the handicapped spot instead of speaking to the person who did something wrong, he decided to address me. What kind of logic is that? How come he didn’t let the person know that was coming out that she was not allowed to park there and it did not give me a spot to park but instead decides to tell me to illegally park in a handicap spot. He was nice about it, but very unnecessary. Sidenote, the parking lot was almost empty so this woman could’ve parked anywhere besides the one spot that’s reserved for Walgreens curbside pick up.

Pharmacy staff is undertrained, always unprepared with long waits. Store restrooms are always disgusting. This place needs new management.

So tired of this location. 1st they remade photos for the passports 5 (!!!) times. First they didn't know requirements and put face on wrong place of photo. The next time didn't put photos for second family member. 3rd I had to come back, in receipt I paid for 5 copies, but they put 3.Today I've been there for the 2nd shot, I made an appointment and got a reminder with confirmation this morning but when I came they were closed since there is no employee in the pharmacy (short with stuff).One month ago I was there as well but they changed the rules for the 2nd dose (the interval should be 2 months between each shot). The same story - no updates and got a reminder and confirmation from them to come. In one week there was no vaccine... so I had to come today and again no luck.I hate that store.

So, a chump employee wanted to fight me outside, an employee. Probably a Crime Hills kid. Bring it on you're not welcome in Winter Garden, I'd drop you with one. The fat District Manager never calls out him she ags it on. Why Better Business Bureau is a 1.1 star Corporate. Little man would have got dropped, not fudging around crew. Gone in there 20 years. Place has gone so downhill.

This store is filthy disgusting. There are lots of ceiling panels with water damage and mold that have not been fixed in months. The floors and walls are dirty all the time. Considering that this is a pharmacy I am shocked that management has been able to get away with operating in these conditions and Walgreens corporate needs to know about this. It’s been a disgusting dirty mess for a long time and it’s a terrible look on the company. It’s in a great location in a nice part of town. What a disappointment. I’ve asked managers why it’s so gross and they shrug their shoulders and tell me they lease the space. They don’t own the building.Regardless… it’s unacceptable and the store has been in this condition for more than 12 months.

Today had a scheduled appointment for my Covid booster, the woman in charge at the Pharmacy was rude from the start. First; 1. She asked if I had insurance. yes, we can either run it through your insurance or you can pay the total. I replied, of course, run it through our insurance if they have to bill me that's fine.2. I was getting two shots, Covid Booster, and my annual flu shot. Her question, would you like your shots in the same arm or 1 in each arm? I ask, what do you think? that's something you have to decide I can't decide for you (so much for guidance for something so important) so tell me so I can take care of it. Rude tone. 3. After both shots, I ask 'what do you think, just put some ice on both areas? Her reply, I can't tell you what to do, that's something you'll have to decide on your own. Seriously! A pharmacist that's trained in the medical field, you ask a few simple questions and NOT 1 time gave me any type of help, not even a little.We happen to live just down the street where we can even walk to this Walgreens in Winter Garden (Stoneybrook) never again will our family walk in that door. We will gladly get what we need from Publixs across the street.Never again

This place is disgusting. There is black colored mold grown on the ceiling. There’s brown rust colored mold oozing down the pharmacy walls and behind the racks where they keep all the medicine. How is medicine even allowed to be dispensed from here? How are the employees allowed to work in an environment where they are breathing mold all day?
