Poor customer service experience. The cashier could not answer any of my questions about a product or its location and only replied “I don’t know,” without offering further help. Very disappointing.

I never had any issues here but I see it gets some mixed reviews. Walgreens in general are never fun to visit. But this one is in a very good location, in the heart of all the hotels.

Hello everyone ! I hope you are having a blessed day!
I am never one to complain or criticize anyone, especially our extremely vital health care workers. I truthfully believe our healthcare workers are the backbone to or society. I have worked in the service industry for the majority of my life, and it has always been policy to close down the restaurant/business after the LAST guest has been served. However, tonight after attempting to retrieve my extremely vital medication from this Walgreens location, I was unable to because they had shut the windows down prematurely. I understand from my experience as being a service worker it is very convenient to try to “rush out” as many guests as possible during closing time. However, when it comes to a healthcare pharmacy that provides LIFE SAVING medicine, closing your windows is completely unethical and unacceptable. I understand that everyone wants to leave their workplace early, especially during the holidays. However closing your window to the public that is in dire need of medication, especially individuals who work 50+ hour weeks and have no other time to pick up their prescriptions, is completely unethical. Please try to do better. I will no longer be utilizing this location or walgreens in general, because I need a trustworthy and reliable pharmacy that I can rely on to provide me my life saving medication. I am so sorry to spread any negativity. I do believe that at the end of the day, everyone is just trying to go home because we are all human. I forgive this situation and hope Walgreens can make it right. I wish everyone a blessed, healthy, and happy holiday season. Thank you immensely for your time. I just wanted to advocate and make things right for others like me who are overworked and have absolutely no time in the day to pick up their prescriptions. I don’t at all intend to spread negativity, rude behavior, or hate, i just want everyone to have access to the medication they deserve. Have a blessed day and Merry Christmas!!!

Walgreens at Herzog Rd & Western Way - 5 Stars
I recently dropped by the Walgreens at the corner of Herzog Road and Western Way in Florida, and I have to say, it was a genuinely pleasant experience. The store was spotless, well-organized, and it’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping everything in tip-top shape.
What really stood out to me was how friendly and helpful the team was. They went out of their way to make sure I found what I needed and did it with a smile. It's the kind of spot that makes running errands a little bit brighter, and it definitely deserves a shout-out.

2 stars for wasting my time while sick. For some reason they have TWO different locations shown for the SAME address. There is NO Walgreens on the other side of Hash House. It is only the one on the corner of Western. Why the store hasn't bothered to update their location is beyond me, but I suggested an edit. Kinda on the business to do their due diligence though. Or corporate. Somebody other than me, a customer.

The service from Katherine the cashier was above and beyond. She helped us to get our coupons added to save more money. Kudos to her 👏.

WORST staff ever! Do not go to this Walgreens. They make up policies, and when you ask where this is, they cannot find to prove it. Manager and all staff is rude, yelled at me, and made it seem my fault when they could not prove they were right. Destroyed my baby pictures in front of me saying they could not sell it, even tho we got an email confirmation saying it was ready for pick up. Do not waste your time there. Walgreens at Seidel has way more polite staff and helped me with my order in less than 5min.

We got a confirmation email that our print order was done, went to go pick it up and the cashier said that they had canceled it after it was confirmed printed via email. They were pretty rude and made it seem like it was our fault for holding up the line when there was one person on register and we had conformation numbers for the completed orders. Other cashiers came out after and it was just a weird situation and no one knew what was happening. Super disappointed, super weird:(
