The best quick and friendly service I’ve encountered at a Walmart. Auto Care Manager Mike found an issue on my axle and answered the question of why I was hearing this annoying clicking noise. They not only installed my brand new tires, but also gave me vital information to save me thousands of dollars down the road. So much thanks goes to you Juan and my friend Maverick.

So far poor customer services. They Don't answer their phone.
Came in with tire issue losing pressure. Told them to inspect fully and remove tire. They only look at it and sprayed water and said there was nothing. Came back a second two weeks later and made them pull the tire off and they found a nail. Good service?! So inconvenient!!
Pretty unprofessional when the techs speak another language around the customer when you are questioning about the job is not done.

Last month, went for an oil change. On my check out paper and explained by tech, my oil gasket was cracked and oil was leaking badly. I explained that I had not seen any oil anywhere ever but she repeated herself. I was given a paper from checking battery and it said needed replacement, but the same check out paper said battery was good. Took it to Hyundai and they said nothing wrong with oil gasket and Walmart had left oil plug open a little, spilling oil everywhere. 3k miles later, return to this walmart for oil change and battery. Nothing about a leak mentioned at all, like it never happened. Tech asked why we replaced a "good" battery and refused to rotate tires because they were bad. Considering you guys wrongly diagnosed an oil leak and a bad battery... get it together guys.

They went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. Even if they don't have your oil or filter they will allow you to bring it in and credit you towards service.
