This place is absolutely the WORST car center in Horizon West area. Don’t waste your time coming here for any car services. Employees are slow and are not mindful at all about the time of their customers. Big mistake coming . They don’t care about customer and they disregard work if they don’t feel doing it. This place is absolutely the WORST car center in Orlando. My parents had an appointment at 7 am, and after four hours waiting they got the car back. This was the first car they started working on. They are slow and are not mindful at all about the time of their customers. DO NOT GO THERE! Everyone I speak with has something bad to say about this car center. They are lazy, and they disregard work if they don’t feel doing it. Terrible service. Don’t waste your time!Service: Tires

They don't even deserve a star today, May 25, I went to have the oil changed in my car. A man named "Carlos" helped me, apart from the bad treatment of attention by this employee, he told me that I had to wait 5 hours for a simple oil change. dw oil which is illogical since there were not even 3 cars inside the workshop the managers and directive of this store should definitely review this situation in the vehicle part because apart from having super bad and lazy employees one pays to have to put up with a bad service and it really is not worth it I prefer to go to other places

The service is terrible! Nobody answers the phone! You show up and nobody knows what’s going on! You order on line tires and schedule on line only to find out they can’t work on your vehicle! Do NOT order Tires online here!! Lesson learned!!!

Refuse any purchase using @lasership as the carrier Unacceptable shipper. I work in supply chain and this would not fly and should not be excepted by any reputable vendor selling their products to use a 2 cent carrier

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. Came in for an oil change, left with an oil leak. Brought it back to get it fixed, left with a WORSE oil leak than before. This place is terrible and the “technicians” are inexperienced and do not know what they are doing. Go anywhere else but here, Walmart does not specialize in car care, they are just meant for grocery shopping.

This is my go-to place for my oil changes. I like the fact that I can grab something to eat and browse the store while my car is being serviced, it makes the time go faster!

Worst experience ever. I went shopping for my 10 month old daughter about two weeks back and I was at self check out when I was approached by three employees two of them which was on the left of me and one came from behind on the right side of me. The two employees that came from the live assisting me with telling me that the self check out does not take cash and that I will have to go to a regular register with an employee. As I remind you employee on the right side from behind me really did not show her face until I turned around. I went pay for my things at the register as I was leaving the store while leaving the register that same employee that came from behind me at the self check out was there in front by customer service with her phone out recording and taking pictures of me. I left the store calling calling calling and calling HR don’t pick up or Walmart directories phone number doesn’t pick up the store is bias it doesn’t care about us customers and our voices . They put their employees before the customers concerns and issues. I went back to Walmart and I say morning to return item and to Voice my complaint to the management. As I return to complain and return my item the same female employee that was standing behind me the first time at self check out and Who I caught recording me was On the opposite side of the store or self check out this time as I return not on the original side when I first showed up was not even a 30 minute gap between the time that I was there the first time that I left my came back. As I return the Item I ask for a manager which DK some black guy with braids and glasses told me he can help me which I told him he cannot help me because I witnessed him walk towards the back with the female employee that was recording and taking pictures of me. I immediately knew what was gonna happen in the situation by us is that I listen to it cost me to listen to employee that is wrong. Employee that violated Walmart rules and policies. So Dk went to go get head Manager name Matthew short white guy. I also witnessed the female employee which was Cheryl haniff follow Dk to go see the manager Matthew. I recorded everything and how long it took for them to come back to me. They came to me Matthew and Dk, came to me and pretty much told me that there’s nothing that they can do they will look at the cameras but that’s about it. If I really want to take some action towards the employee I will have a go to the police what they did. I told Matthew the manager that that was harassment and As a customer this store we deserve something to be done. I called the police I wanna on the employee outside the store . The female employee and the manager DK walked outside and called the police on me for nothing. The funny thing is I was already talking to a cop outside the store already. Both Manager And employee Dk and Cheryl was lying to the police. The cops told them it’s nothing they can do about me shopping there. So the manager Dk asked if they can trespass me for recording employees was probably too besides Cheryl the one that was originally recorded and take a picture of me the one I was complaining about but nothing was done. So I’m guessing Walmart employees can do what they want whenever they want to still have the job or still be able to come back to work and not get suspended for violating Walmart policy. This Walmart is a sham I complain to the district manager and they told me they’ll call me back in two days let me know what happened. it’s been almost a week now still no call back . so now it seems like I have a go thirty minutes to forty five minutes away from my house to go go grocery shopping for my family when I have a Walmart five minutes right up the street. How is that fair I get trespassed for complaining about your employee when your employee was violating your policy and my rights but the employee is there working for you guys. one of Walmarts employees was recording me one day that I'll showed up I complain about it I told the manager Matthew and the manager DK to check the cameras on their employee nothing was done. this Walmart should fire everyone and start over. ??? worst the kirkman rd Walmart.

Over a period of 2 days and a total of 7 hours and my issue was still not resolved.I took my car here on Saturday and was told it would take 2 hours. I returned after 3 hours only to see that nobody had even looked at the work that needed to be done. I couldn’t keep waiting so I left and brought my car back the next day, as early as 8Am. I was again told it would be 2 hours . I waited 4 hours and had received no updates , the app kept showing status as car is being serviced. I finally went over only to be told that they can’t resolve my issue.It’s frustrating to have wasted 7 hours. They had multiple ways of reaching out, phone, email, app. Anything would’ve helped and I wouldn’t have kept wandering wasting my time, hoping that they were working on my car. Worst is when I call nobody ever answers the phone !I guess one can never expect customer service from Walmart.

Avoid avoid avoid.Bought tires online and made a reservation to have installed. Showed up, took my car and was called 2 hours later that they didn’t have my tires. Was told that I’d be contacted when they came in, never did. Instead, they closed my order as completed. The team was unhelpful and had to call corporate to help.Saving grace is Walmart is massive and provided a refund immediately. Running on a month of going back and forth.Execution, staff and service were all terrible

They did not call me or text me as they said they would and I wasted 5 hours getting nothing done. I would give negative stars if I could. Go to action gator tire instead. You’ll spend a little more but the experience will be much better.
