My staff came in with scrubs and was on the phone and was distracted while in self checkout. She was charged with shop lifting after spending $120 but missing $40 in her cart. This was after a staff came over and asked her about what she had scanned. Then they said she was good to go and just missed 3 items in the cart. She was thoroughly embarrassed in front of her 70 year old mother. I believe she was racially profiled and I'm embarrassed for wal mart. No one would hear her out. Her mother who couldn't speak good English wasn't told what was going on and made to sit in the cafe. This could impact her license. She has had to pay $6000 for an attorney (obviously she could have afforded the $40 if she had been aware). She is banned from the store and I suggested she tell all her friends about this but unfortunately she is too embarrassed. Again, shame on Wal Mart Winter Garden and the abusive mall cops you have working there.

Would put no stars if I could , as a customer and employee (under alias) I would personally say by far the worst Walmart ever , one they have some kind of union against any employee who speaks up and uses retaliation tactics cut hours , playing with people lively hood , due to them all bieng “good friends” concerns and complaints get buried so ima publicly make it know , ever wondered why your orders be late take a look these are managers sitting not doing thier job on the phone non work related while associates playing catch up struggling for help smh btw did ya kno some of ya food orders sit out for hrs maybe days like milk ect please get my concerns noticed because thier are Guna give some one food poisoning and please help get us better management

How DARE the woman at the dentist office say "only mom can come back" when both parents stand up who happen to both be women, making our sons first experience at the dentist the exact OPPOSITE of what we needed which was a calm, SUPPORTIVE environment. HOW DARE YOU!!!I respect only one parent being allowed back, but you should say only one parent can come back.. you were inconsiderate, rude and incredibly disrespectful. And just because I chose not to make a scene in front of my child does not make how you treated my family this evening OK whatsoever.

Thank you Walmart Management and the entire team who have really done a great job since the new revamped management who are seeing how important it is to have live registers open for people who have a handicap. Going grocery shopping is hard enough. And using self checkout is extremely hard. Everything at this Walmart has changed! To finally be able to use a live registers and be greeted by a smiling associate made my day. I love the changes made and the point of service checkouts that have been beefed up with real humans. Helping the elderly and handicap with grocery bagging as self checkout for many people like me is unpleasant and turns into an ugly pain flare that lasts for days. I even received help getting my groceries in the car. All you have to do is ask. I love the changes and thank you Walmart for recognizing that customers have limitations. And monitoring your registers with peak times. I thank you for your kindness and smiles ! I know all of you work hard. I love the new and improved service!

Refuse any purchase using @lasership as the carrier Unacceptable shipper. I work in supply chain and this would not fly and should not be excepted by any reputable vendor selling their products to use a 2 cent carrier

Yesterday (May 19, 2023 at 5:50 PM) I visited the super Walmart store at 16313 Independence Parkway in Winter Garden, Florida to return a wrong size pipe attachment. The person at customer service, Michael "Team Leader", was facing away busy working on a computer trying to figure out something for his other Walmart colleague. The colleague, who was watching him noticed me in the line and informed Michael who turned around... looked at me and said he'll be with me in a moment. I agreed and stood there waiting for minutes while Michael was not able to figure out whatever it was on the computer. Eventually I asked him if he could call someone else to help me. He said everyone is busy and he can't call anyone. I asked if he can call a supervisor who would be able to call someone. He said he is the supervisor. I asked "surely there must be someone higher than you who would be able to do that so I don't have to wait so long. He said the manager is not in store and there is no one higher and he turned around continuing his work on the computer. After waiting a little longer I called him: Sir... "no response", Sir... "no response", Sir [louder]... response was "I can hear you, you just have to wait" while still his back to me. Sir it will only take 10 seconds to return this and I've been waiting for minutes. At this point his colleague recognized that what they were doing is not as important for which to aggravate a costumer and perhaps his team leader's conversation with me while his back was turned to me is rude and demeaning, and left the room. Consequently, Michael had no choice but to turn around and tend to me.This young man's behavior was clearly disrespectful and deliberately done to show who is the boss! It is regretful for a large Walmart super store to a) promote a person who clearly has more worth for his "team leader" position than serving a negligeable customer who dares to demand service, b) fails to teach their associates that a store does not exist without its customers and they owe their jobs to the customers, c) allows a young junior to play power over the customers, d) leaves a large store like this one at the helm of a junior staff who is way too full of his management position.

Worst "Pick Up" from parking lot experience. Makes you sit in your car for more than an hour. What's even more worst is it's not even first come first serve. I was sitting for more than an hour and a lady pulls her car next to me, waits for 5 minutes and when the guy is delivering in other car, she goes and talks to him, and after 2 minutes the guy comes back with her stuff. I mean what the heck, I checked in an hour ago and you're bringing groceries for someone who just showed up???? Called the number and shameless manager or whoever answered the phone, says your stuff will be there in few more minutes!!!! Are you joking? AVOID AVOID AVOID this location at any cost!!!! This place is being run like wild Wild West!

Worst experience ever. I went shopping for my 10 month old daughter about two weeks back and I was at self check out when I was approached by three employees two of them which was on the left of me and one came from behind on the right side of me. The two employees that came from the live assisting me with telling me that the self check out does not take cash and that I will have to go to a regular register with an employee. As I remind you employee on the right side from behind me really did not show her face until I turned around. I went pay for my things at the register as I was leaving the store while leaving the register that same employee that came from behind me at the self check out was there in front by customer service with her phone out recording and taking pictures of me. I left the store calling calling calling and calling HR don’t pick up or Walmart directories phone number doesn’t pick up the store is bias it doesn’t care about us customers and our voices . They put their employees before the customers concerns and issues. I went back to Walmart and I say morning to return item and to Voice my complaint to the management. As I return to complain and return my item the same female employee that was standing behind me the first time at self check out and Who I caught recording me was On the opposite side of the store or self check out this time as I return not on the original side when I first showed up was not even a 30 minute gap between the time that I was there the first time that I left my came back. As I return the Item I ask for a manager which DK some black guy with braids and glasses told me he can help me which I told him he cannot help me because I witnessed him walk towards the back with the female employee that was recording and taking pictures of me. I immediately knew what was gonna happen in the situation by us is that I listen to it cost me to listen to employee that is wrong. Employee that violated Walmart rules and policies. So Dk went to go get head Manager name Matthew short white guy. I also witnessed the female employee which was Cheryl haniff follow Dk to go see the manager Matthew. I recorded everything and how long it took for them to come back to me. They came to me Matthew and Dk, came to me and pretty much told me that there’s nothing that they can do they will look at the cameras but that’s about it. If I really want to take some action towards the employee I will have a go to the police what they did. I told Matthew the manager that that was harassment and As a customer this store we deserve something to be done. I called the police I wanna on the employee outside the store . The female employee and the manager DK walked outside and called the police on me for nothing. The funny thing is I was already talking to a cop outside the store already. Both Manager And employee Dk and Cheryl was lying to the police. The cops told them it’s nothing they can do about me shopping there. So the manager Dk asked if they can trespass me for recording employees was probably too besides Cheryl the one that was originally recorded and take a picture of me the one I was complaining about but nothing was done. So I’m guessing Walmart employees can do what they want whenever they want to still have the job or still be able to come back to work and not get suspended for violating Walmart policy. This Walmart is a sham I complain to the district manager and they told me they’ll call me back in two days let me know what happened. it’s been almost a week now still no call back . so now it seems like I have a go thirty minutes to forty five minutes away from my house to go go grocery shopping for my family when I have a Walmart five minutes right up the street. How is that fair I get trespassed for complaining about your employee when your employee was violating your policy and my rights but the employee is there working for you guys. one of Walmarts employees was recording me one day that I'll showed up I complain about it I told the manager Matthew and the manager DK to check the cameras on their employee nothing was done. this Walmart should fire everyone and start over. ??? worst the kirkman rd Walmart.

Placed an order for a birthday cake online and got a call from the bakery an hour later saying they needed me to call back about a buttercream problem and when I tried to call back the phone would ring continuously for over 6 minutes and no one ever answered I tried calling five times. I’m not that close to go to the store just to verify the buttercream. They need an email chain for communication or something better because how are people suppose to call back? Impossible.

very very por service stopped in this morning to pickup something for my launch 3 checkout lights on but only one person at them. the other two was by customer service talking the only that had somebody at it was having a problem. I waited OVER 10 MINUTES and still the problem was not fixed no manager to be seen. their focus needs to be us the customers not personal conversations. I left very unhappy with this location

This is the nicest Walmart that I have visited. The store is very clean and organized. There was a shortage of staff but that seems to be the new norm since Covid. I stopped in to purchase some spray paint and accessories to decorate for a party. Amazon was helpful but I needed to verify colors and size of items. The quality of my purchases was exactly what I expected for the price point. There was plenty of inventory and it was convenient to find so many different items under one roof. Self checkout was a breeze and the carts were clean.
