Honestly what’s the point of making an appointment if they won’t even take you in at the time of your appointment. My appointment is at 3 it is now about to be 3:30 and nobody has helped me. There’s no people in line waiting and there’s 5 bankers sitting in their desks some have clients others are on their computers. Terrible service this is pathetic and the only reason they’ve talked to me is to say “ do you have the app, you can doAll this with the app” like seriously?? You’re the bank, you’re getting paid to help out your clients now DO IT!

I've banked with numerous financial institutions over the years. By far Wells Fargo and in large, thanks to JT; I've not only established a home bank but a partner in business banking. JT really has shown a serious level of concern and professionalism. We are now embarking on a second business and needed the correct banking account structured and working capital to provide funding in this pivotal business point.JT helped us with our first business and now is pointing us in the right financial directions with our second business.JT caught hard to find but vital mistakes and corrected them and worked to provide working capital in these times.Thank you JT for your dedication and professionalism.Lions Apple Inc.

I've been a member of numerous banks in Business over the years. By far the best in overall business financial concerns and matters of interest has been Wells Fargo. Im transitioning from one business to another and needed a larger capital working line of credit. Jt, the business banker walked me through the entire process of moving and creating new accounts, finding and correcting errors from initial fillings and patiently waiting all at once. In this sometimes nerve racking endeavor he truly showed concern and financial resolve. when they say it's good to know your banker, I believe their referring to people like JT. Again. Not so friendly staff. Tried to open account but I'll just stick to Chase. If I wanted to do it online I wouldn't have wasted my time walking in a branch.

Went in to open an account for my son. Got turn away because the man claims he didn’t have time to do but no one else was in the lobby waiting to be seen. Poor customer service. Don’t waste your time here!! Told me I had to have an appointment.

I have never seen such rude service. My attendant was JT who started saying that my husband’s email was wrong in the system, but he had received the confirmation email for the service. Afterwards, he continued to speculate on how we were living in the country, a factor that does not relate to the services we were requesting. Very arrogant, controlling and made me super uncomfortable. We told him that I was uncomfortable and that I was no longer interested in opening the account, because we sense some discrimination. I hope that Wells Fargo will train its employees to treat customers with more competence and consideration.

I am giving 1 star because does not exist an option for ZERO star.The worst experience ever. The manager caller JT is very negative, he didn’t stop saying 90% with sure that is not possible open my business account, without call the supervisor. My CPA referred Wells Fargo to open this kind of accountAfter he called to his supervisor he changed his mind saying that now can be possible… because he was totally wrong to say the first 10 words “is not possible, you can’t open… you are not us citizen… you go out and re enter in USA”… first of all he didn’t even asked what kind of Visa I have here, he was right assuming strange things about my wife and I, as We were doing something wrong. secondly he is the worst manager ever. Third, worst worst manager again … and go on …I felt 100% discriminated with the way he was talking with us… I was wondering if is because I am Latin.My CPA gave me the phone number os other account manager and I asked him, and he answered that is possible and this terrible manager called JT was totally wrong.I will go to another Wells Fargo far away from this manager.

OMG … never ask anything to a account manager called JT. Is the worst account manager ever. He does not know how to solve problems together with clients. This branch has a really high rate probably because who have reviewed didn’t have terrible experience with JT.

Want to tell my experience with the banker JT Tomko. I came Friday at 9 AM, and my banker Angel was late because of traffic, “poor guy”, so JT took me over. I’ve never seen a professional like him. Lately I am going to the bank and I am realizing the banks are out of people who can really help. Well, JT solved in one hour everything, even more. If you have an appointment book with him.

While WF itself is an OK bank and I have been with them for many years. The Manger Andrew at the Winter Garden Grove shopping center is unfortunately very pompous and got me fuming with his attitude today.He feels he can give legal advice and knows all the answers. Then Banks wonder why we are moving to online banks.So WF is OK just remember the clown in the branch can ruin it for the company.

I've been here a few times. Everyone is absolutely friendly and amazing. Always greeting by name. I've been with Wells Fargo for 5 years and couldn't be happier.
