My cat ended up hospitalized at the emergency vet over the weekend and they told me to follow up with my regular vet immediately upon discharge for further hospitalization.I called on the way over and they were able to fit my cat in with my usual vet (Dr.Brown) within a few minutes of arriving. Dr. Brown was wonderful, was very patient and understanding with explaining some surprising and new medical issues to me, and spent as long as I needed talking about management options without rushing me, even though they were short staffed. Dr. Brown was honest with me and told me she felt comfortable letting me take my cat back home instead of stressing her out further for additional diagnostics that weren’t really needed at this time, based on her examination and the results we had from the emergency vet. (She has always been really good about being patient and slow with my very nervous cat, even during her regular routine check ups). She said I could call back or come back in if I wanted to at any time, and went over in detail what to look out for.The emergency vet was pushing for a surgery for an unrelated issue that I was pretty skeptical about due to my cat’s new breathing issues, but I declined because I wanted to follow up with my regular vet first. I am glad I did wait, because Dr. Brown went over all of the details and options with me and so far my cat is doing well, no surgery needed. The technician was wonderful as well, super kind and empathetic. I was really anxious the entire time my cat was hospitalized and really nervous after leaving the emergency vet, but felt much better after seeing the staff here.

I have been to both the Stoneybrook and the vineland location and they are wonderful. I love how seamless the communication is between the places and if one location doesn't have an appoitment for me, I can go to another. My cat has had quite a few visits since I adopted him (6 visits and counting in 5 months) and the staff at both locations have been amazing. If you have a question, you can call them and they will get the answer/advice from the doctor and call you back with it. I briefly went to Banfield hospital because they had a free first visit (and all those vet visit were getting expensive) and they didn't provide the same quality of service. Two months ago, I was concerned about my cat stools but didn't want to bring him yet because he had been to the vet so many times already. Banfield told me I had to bring in my cat for them to test his stool. West orange veterinay told me I could drop off a sample and they could do the exam (since he had been seen there before) and will let me know if I had to bring in my cat for a consultation depending on the results. That was a huge relief because I could do the vet run and care for my cat while sparing him yet another vet visit. They really care about your pets and will do everything in their power to make sure you have all the answers you need and your pet is taken care of/ confortable. I am so grateful everytime I call them and they answer all of my questions and/or are able to find me an appointment asap at either location. Also, one of their exam room had a big window and my cat loves to sit on it and watch outside while we wait.

This is the veterinarian my daughter uses. The office team and Doctor were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The establishment was clean and decorated with pet art! Easy access from the road and great parking.

I love Dr. Casad. He takes time to discuss different options, answer any questions, and is honest. I highly recommend him as a vet.

I brought my dog here and had an amazing experience with the receptionist and the vet tech. However, the doctor (Dr. Brown) did not follow the most basic instructions regarding introductions with my dog. When I scheduled the appointment, I stated in the notes that my dog was extremely food motivated and the best way to meet him was when you had treats in your hand. When I arrived, I handed treats to the receptionist and left the bag on the counter right next to the door for the providers to grab when they entered the room. The vet tech, Amber, followed the directions I had previously stated and grabbed treats as soon as she came in. She became my dog's best friend right then.Dr. Brown, however, came in to the room and just stood there and stared at him. My dog did lunge at her because she was in our space without permission (food). She then called him overly anxious and decided to reschedule the appointment and have my dog medicated for the next time.I would highly recommend the staff, but be warned of Dr. Brown if you have a dog that is reactive. She won't read the basic instructions on how to meet your dog.

Veterinary Assistant Robert is so patient and explains everything! He made us feel very comfortable in having our dog's teeth cleaned and some extractions done. Dr. Hunley also took the time to consult with us and we are grateful to them both! Thank you so much.

Listen, they care about profits. They do not care about you or your pet. Some of the staff are rude. Please be aware before taking your pets here. If you disagree with them they will spite you and delete your records . DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.They also delete one star reviews to hide their shady greedy practice.

Practice Owner and their policies put profits first over pet wellness. They denied service out of spite. Simply because I disagreed with their policy about not sending the prescription directly to petmeds since my sick dog had run out and I didn't want to purchase hundred of dollars of meds from them. I even asked to speak with the practice owner and they never cared to call back. STAY AWAY, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY AND DO NOT CARE FOR YOU OR YOUR PET. !!!!!

Very unprofessional and rude staff. Constantly sounding condescending. The staff was literally gossiping about me right outside the door. The whole place could hear their snarky comments and they could not care less. Look elsewhere for people that actually care about your pet and not just money.

Full service vet hospital utilizing current medical protocols and excellent standard of care, which is necessary for my pets with chronic medical conditions. I've never been disappointed with any vet here. However, Dr Hunley has been especially fantastic with my dog. She researched my dog's uncommon condition to ensure she was providing the most up-to-date treatment information, and throughly explained the reasoning behind it.I am confident in the quality of medicine here, knowing my family members are receiving the best care.
