  I went to the drive thru to withdraw some money. I was the only one in the drive thru lane and there was only 1 customer in the lobby. I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes for a transaction that should have taken less than 5 minutes. Very poor service. Bank elsewhere is my recommendation.

  So I been coming to this location for about a year almost and have only had one time we're the atm wasn't working but the bank tellers are all very polite and helpful but what I would say is that if you have a day where you need to use your debit card more than one or take out a certain amount of money so you don't have to use your card. You will probably will get hit with excessive purchasing fee which run in the amount from 20 to 25 dollars. Because of this I am currently looking into a new bank so I do not recommend this bank branch.
