Walgreens did it again. They shut another pharmacy on the weekend without notifying the customer. Good bye Walgreens. Never using you again. I can't transfer my prescriptions until this store reopens on Tuesday. It's a holiday weekend and I had meds to pick up that were needed now! So so so unprofessional! Ugh. I don't have words to describe my total disgust for your lack of professionalism!!!

Every single time I need a script refilled I have to jump through hoops to get helped at this location as well as the other local establishment that I've been getting "help" from for years. The drive thru service can take upwards of a half hour wait time, and I've been placed on hold over the phone for over an hour before and then my call was dropped. I've tried several times to have my script auto refilled but for some reason it continuously requires me to have it refilled manually. Every doctor or other pharmacy that I've tried to get scripts transferred to or from this location have extreme difficulties with doing anything here. This establishment used to once be a wonderful convenience and well staffed, however, the past 3 years it has increasingly gone down hill. I can only see myself going to this place for Labcorp and nothing else.

Rude, poor customer service. Very unprofessional pharmacy staff - will never go back. I shouldn't be surprised tho, never had a good experience at any Walgreens. As a medical professional, I guess I actually expected someone to be courteous and nice.

STAY AWAY! The Pharmacist Tech Mike C. Is the most insensible and unprofessional person I have encountered at a Walgreens. Shame on the pharmacy to have such an inefficient and incompetent employee like that. We had scheduled Covid testing 3 days in advance because due to the surge in our area appointments get booked quickly. Having two little kids, we were about an hour late for our appointment. When we get there this Mike starts nagging to us that we were late for our appointment, while there was NOBODY at the drive thru so not sure what his problem was. Then he makes us wait about 20 to come and tell us with a very arrogant tone that because we were late he gave our tests to somebody else. This is a plain old lie from this incompetent Mike because you need to make an appointment and register online in order to be tested. So it is impossible that within an hour 4 random people just happen to come to the drive-thru and get tested. Now our family will have to wait 3 more days to get tested all because of this insensible human being.

Pharmacy was friendly, courteous and helpful. 2 prescriptions dropped off and ready when they said they would be. Nice staff and clean store. Very satisfied.

Horrible experience Manager was horribly rude and made me feel as if I was lying about not having my coupons clipped on my purchase. I went back in and asked if we could try again and she said well I have to trust you that you are the person using this account. I felt very attacked and made to feel like I was lying. I asked if I could just return all items and leave.

The pharmacy was unhelpful and not willing to listen. I had been chasing down a needed medication for 3 days, and they were unwilling to give any information about what they had. The pharmacist refused to talk to me, and regardless of having our insurance put a note on to allow places to fill the prescriptions (I needed 2 of the same thing, and had gone to 2 different places) they refused to call and check. Regardless of why, they could have at least tried to call and verify what I was saying with insurance or the doctor. They refused to do either. Instead, I left frustrated, without a much prescription, and had to call the doctors office for help in getting it adjusted. I will not go back to this location.
