I play a ton of golf and Neil's Olympic Lifting training has without a doubt increased my strength and increased my distance/length in my golf game. We started with all the basics first too learning the technique, meaning anyone can do it. I've been athletic my whole life and have done many different training programs. In just three weeks, I've already gained 10 yards per club, hitting 9 irons 150 yards, 8 irons 160 yards. If you're looking for more strength in sports, you've got to train with Neil. There aren't many programs like his in the Orlando area.
