Dear Mgr Jerome & 7-Eleven Rock Stars Team,
I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your employee, Krissy, on the evening of March 10, 2025. I found myself locked out of my car, phone locked in the car.
Krissy stepped in during a busy hour to assist by helping make calls to my husband who wasn’t answering and then the Winter Haven Police Department.
Her patience, resourcefulness, and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a manageable one.
I am SO THANKFUL for her outstanding support!! She’s a true asset to your team and a shining example of excellent customer service.
Please pass along my deepest appreciation to Krissy and commend her for her incredible efforts.
Your store is fortunate to have such a dedicated and compassionate employee, and I’ll always remember the help I received tonight.
In fact, I drive out of the way to get gas & coffee at this location because everyone there is AWESOME.
Oliver is a joy to see—always smiling— always remembers me. Carrie is brilliant and patient at fixing those cantankerous coffee machines. I don’t know the tall man’s name but he is always polite & pleasant.
Also the cleanest public restrooms and facility I’ve ever seen in such a busy public hub.
Thank YOU for fostering a team that makes a difference in the community.

I recently gave a one star ( I would have given lower if I could) to a store in lakeland. However, I thought it fair to give another review in another store. . Because it is on the other end of the spectrum. This store is in winter haven. I want to express that this store is always clean. The bathrooms are immaculate. The food is fresh. And I love the ladies behind the counter. The manager is always working. He is either stocking or has a broom In hand. It just shows what taking pride in your store means to you. This is what I expect when I go Into a 7- eleven.

Beware of this gas station! Every time I go to this gas station I get fraudulent charges on my debit card. Today alone, tried to get me for $250.

Today I wanted to buy water and food and pay with my phone and it doesn't accept it, it doesn't read the cards, you need to update your ATM or bring pro cash if you want to buy

I was a long time customer back in the days and it changed for the worse. The employees and manager that they had before was sooooooo much better. They were very welcoming and friendly to it customers. It was extremely clean and well packed store with bunch of stuff you can buy.
Went there a few days ago and wow how much had it change. The store looked like it came from the hood. I used to live in Brooklyn and Queens and it looked like it came from there. The store was super dirty, unorganized and empty as hell. It looked like a crack house or something. I won't be going there any time soon. So sad because I used to love this place so much...

Today Saturday the 30th at 9:20 am, I needed the bathroom urgently and when I entered it was very clean and had a good aroma. 5 stars for having the bathroom for the public in perfect condition

Filled up moving truck and stopped in for Afternoon coffee! No coffee. Not just out, but none made! I have never seen a 7-11 with No coffee.

The man working told me my Apple Pay wouldn’t work because I had to use a 4 digit pin. Never ran into that issue anywhere else and made me feel like the got card scanners at the location
